技术领域
     本发明是一种用于各类包装机械上的高强度新型主体大梁。
背景技术
普通的拉伸膜包装机的主体大梁成本高、结构强度低，在受到外力冲击时，容易发生变形。在特定的环境下会因为外力作用，发生不可逆转的变形导致设备出现无法维修的故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种强度高，不易变形的新型拉伸膜包装机主体大梁。
为了实现上述目的，本发明在条形梁体的上侧设有半开口加强槽，在半开口加强槽的下方连接有固定板，折弯设在固定板的下方边缘，在固定板上设有装配孔和工艺孔。
通过以上设置，本发明采用不锈钢板材，用特定的折弯模具进行折弯，具有独特的外形结构，机械力学设计合理。本发明具有高强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀等特点，在设备上的实用程度都达到了新的标准，为拉伸膜包装机整体质量提供了有力的保障。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明在条形梁体1的上侧设有半开口加强槽2，在半开口加强槽2的下方连接有固定板3，折弯4设在固定板3的下方边缘，在固定板3上设有装配孔5和工艺孔6。通过以上设置，本发明通过装配孔5与螺栓实现与主体连接固定，通过工艺孔6实现各种附属装置的搭载安装。
