Abstract

由于目前世界各地产生能源紧张,目前我们所用的淬火炉、回火炉、蒸气炉是大家一致认为的是电老虎式的用电大户和环境污染大户。为了节约能源,降低污染,我们将原来的用电能淬火回火炉改成了太阳能、电能两用炉,将烧蒸气的煤炉也可改为光煤两用炉。这样大大节约了有限的电力资源或其它能量资源。还可减少对大气的污染。

用于热处理领域淬火炉、回火炉、蒸气炉、开水炉等加热式的火炉。 
背景技术
目前在淬火炉、回火炉、蒸气炉、等加热式的火炉中使用的能源有电、煤、气等而这些能源有限,可说是用一点少一点,而且煤炉和气炉还产生环境污染。 
发明内容
针对以上情况,我们将原来使用单一能源的回火炉等其它形式的炉加入了太阳能装置,充分利用太阳能使之大大节约了其它能源。也减少了对环境的污染。 
1.采用抛物线镜面聚光装置将太阳能量聚集于太阳能管中,如说明书附图中(图1中)序号6中太阳能集热管内装有溶融盐,太阳光照射到抛物镜面聚集使管内溶融盐温度达到溶点,使之由固态变为液态。 
2.通过(图1中)序号4盐泵将管内液态溶融盐压送到(图2中)序号15回火炉內壁处溶盐腔,将热量也就送到回火炉中供炉体使用。 
3.如果是下雨天或阴天没有太阳的情况下就可以用电 
4.如果太阳能温度够不上您所使用的温度时,可以用(图2中)序号20的电炉丝通电补充加温,在炉中按装的温控探头,如图2中序号18温控装置,探出炉内温度达到您所设定的温度时,就可以自动断电,当炉内温度低于您所设定的温度时,它可以重新通电加温,直 至达到您所设定的温度它又自动断电。这样炉内温度始终控制在您所设定的范围。 
工作原理; 
太阳光照射到7号抛物线镜面上,从镜面反射到6号集热管上,将集热管内的溶融盐加热溶化,由固态盐变成液态盐。将4号溶盐泵和16号进盐管连接起来,由4号溶盐泵将液态盐抽至15号溶盐腔,溶盐腔内的溶盐将炉内温度升高。然后再由13号溶盐泵将炉内的低温熔盐抽回6号集热管内继续加温。再将经过加温的溶融盐继续由4号溶盐泵抽至炉内。就这样循环往复加温。当下雨天或夜间没有太阳时,将20号电炉丝合闸送电加温。那就是单独用电也不引响生产。当太阳能所产生的温度达不到您所需要的温度时,这时可以打开电闸外加20号电炉丝升温,温度升到您所设定的温度时,18号温控装置就及时切断电源,当炉内温度下降到下止点时又由18号温控装置合闸继续升温。

2.根据发明阐述,其特点之二将太阳能这种清洁能源用于热处理领域淬火炉、回火炉、蒸气炉、开水炉等加热式的火炉。
3.根据发明阐述,其特点之三当太阳能不能达到您所需要的温度时,太阳能和电能可以同时使用。
