Abstract

一种可调式储物柜,主要解决传统柜子体积大小、储物高度均无法调节以及移动困难的问题。由侧板、加长板、隔板、蜗轮丝杆升降机和轮子构成,在两个侧板的端部之间连接有加长板,所述的加长板两端分别插入至侧板的夹层内,隔板呈水平状,设置在两侧板之间;在两侧板内侧分别安装有蜗轮丝杆升降机,该升降机由丝杆、蜗轮及手轮组成,手轮设置在侧板外部,与固定在侧板内侧的蜗轮相连,丝杆穿过蜗轮,顶端固定在隔板底部,两丝杆通过手轮实现联动,侧板的底面拐角处安装有轮子。本发明利用蜗轮丝杆升降机能够准确地控制调整提升或推进的高度的特点,结构紧凑、体积小、使存放和取用物品更加简便。

本发明涉及一种家具,具体来讲是一种可调式储物柜。
背景技术
随着现如今房价居高不下,小居室受青睐的现代生活中,房间的布置由于受到空间限制而变的异常拥挤,所以合理利用空间,提高家具的综合性能、保持房间简约化的设计风格和整体协调性成为室内装饰装修的必然趋势和现代人追求的目标,但对于衣柜、橱柜来讲,往往占用大部分面积,无论存储物品多少,其位置、大小都不便于改变和调整,放在柜体顶层的物品也不便于取用,给人们的生活带来一定的影响。
发明专利内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调式储物柜,该储物柜具有移动方便、外形尺寸和内部空间可调节以及自由升高和降低隔板高度的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种可调式储物柜,包括储物柜本体,所述的储物柜本体由侧板、加长板、隔板、蜗轮丝杆升降机和轮子构成,在两个侧板的端部之间连接有加长板,所述的加长板两端分别插入至侧板的夹层内,隔板呈水平状,设置在两侧板之间;在两侧板内侧分别安装有蜗轮丝杆升降机,该升降机由丝杆、蜗轮及手轮组成,手轮设置在侧板外部,与固定在侧板内侧的蜗轮相连,丝杆穿过蜗轮,顶端固定在隔板底部,两丝杆通过手轮实现联动,侧板的底面拐角处安装有轮子。
本发明的有益效果是:使用时,可根据存储物品的体积改变柜体大小,如物品较多,可向外侧拉动侧板,使侧板、隔板上的加长板自夹层内拉出至极限位置,此时柜体宽度最大;如物品较少,可向内推动侧板,使加长板完全缩进侧板及隔板的夹层内,此时柜体宽度减小;当自隔板上取用或存放物品时,转动储物柜外侧的手轮,手轮带动蜗轮运动,使丝杆在蜗轮作用下下移,从而将隔板高度降落至合适位置;侧板底部的轮子可使储物柜移动更加方便、省力;本发明专利利用蜗轮丝杆升降机能够准确地控制调整提升或推进的高度的特点,结构紧凑、体积小、使用灵活,使存放和取用物品更加简便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。一种可调式储物柜,包括储物柜本体,所述的储物柜本体由侧板1、加长板2、隔板3、蜗轮丝杆升降机4和轮子5构成,侧板1形同倾倒的“U”字形,两侧板1相对而立,侧板1的水平面为空心凹穴状,在两个侧板1的端部之间连接有加长板2,所述的加长板2两端分别插入至侧板1的夹层内,隔板3呈水平状,设置在两侧板1之间,形状为侧板1的水平板与加长板2结合的平板;在两侧板1内侧分别安装有蜗轮丝杆升降机4,该升降机由丝杆、蜗轮及手轮组成,手轮设置在侧板外部,与固定在侧板1内侧的蜗轮相连,丝杆穿过蜗轮,顶端固定在隔板3底部,两丝杆通过手轮实现联动,侧板的底面拐角处安装有轮子5。
使用时,可根据存储物品的体积改变柜体大小,如物品较多,可向外侧拉动侧板1,使侧板1、隔板3上的加长板2自夹层内拉出至极限位置,此时柜体宽度最大;如物品较少,可向内推动侧板1,使加长板2完全缩进侧板1及隔板3的夹层内,此时柜体宽度减小;当自隔板3上取用或存放物品时,转动储物柜外侧的手轮,手轮带动蜗轮运动,使丝杆在蜗轮作用下下移,从而将隔板3高度降落至合适位置;侧板1底部的轮子5可使储物柜移动更加方便、省力;本发明利用蜗轮丝杆升降机能够准确地控制调整提升或推进的高度的特点,结构紧凑、体积小、使用灵活,使存放和取用物品更加简便,可广泛应用于图书、资料、档案、衣物、被褥等物品的存储。

1.一种可调式储物柜,其特征是,包括储物柜本体,所述的储物柜本体由侧板、加长板、隔板、蜗轮丝杆升降机和轮子构成,在两个侧板的端部之间连接有加长板,所述的加长板两端分别插入至侧板的夹层内,隔板呈水平状,设置在两侧板之间;在两侧板内侧分别安装有蜗轮丝杆升降机,该升降机由丝杆、蜗轮及手轮组成,手轮设置在侧板外部,与固定在侧板内侧的蜗轮相连,丝杆穿过蜗轮,顶端固定在隔板底部,两丝杆通过手轮实现联动,侧板的底面拐角处安装有轮子。
