技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属拉延成型元件。此成型元件有底部、与底部大体上成直角延伸出的多个侧壁、以及与底部相对的上侧,其中所述上侧包含沿各自侧壁延伸出并朝向相对的翻边,在所述翻边之间限定了沿整个成型元件长度延伸的纵向狭槽。翻边向内弯曲使得翻边的自由端指向底部并与底部大体上成直角的方向延伸。

这种带向内弯曲翻边边缘的成型元件在例如专利US 2,696,139中是已知的,在相关技术领域中时常被称为“横撑”。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种可供替代的成型元件。
根据权利要求1或权利要求10的成型元件实现了这个目标。

具体实施方式
图1中显示了由金属制成(优选为钢材)的成型元件1。但是,成型元件1也可以由另外一种材料制成,例如甚至是由塑料材料制成。成型元件1具有底部2,二个平行侧壁3、和上侧4。上侧4包含两个翻边5,翻边5大体沿各自侧壁3延伸出并朝向相对。翻边5向内弯曲使得他们的自由端部分5a指向成型元件1的底部2。翻边5之间限定了有一定宽度Wt的纵向狭槽6。
成型元件1的底部2内设置了一系列的长方形凹进部7。凹进部7通过底部部分或连接梁8分隔开,其限定了凹进部7的前后边缘。凹进部7进一步具有纵向的向内弯曲的侧面边缘9或翻边9,使得他们的自由端部分9a指向成型元件1的上侧4。在实施方案中显示出侧面边缘9平行于翻边5而延伸。

底部2中的凹进部7的侧面边缘9基本上和成型元件的上侧的翻边5有着相同的横断面形状,这在图2中可以清晰的看到。在翻边9之间的凹进部7有一定宽度Wb,该宽度Wb优选地或多或少与纵向的狭槽6的宽度Wt相同。
连接梁8和侧壁3连接成一个整体并制成为一体件。成型元件1可以由扁平钢坯制成,内弯的边缘轮廓通过冲压得到。所述扁平钢坯折弯成成型元件1所示的沟槽形状。边缘9内折形成凹进部7的纵向边缘。但是成型元件1也可以通过将钢坯弯曲成一定形状接着将凹进部7冲压出轮廓和内弯边缘而形成。接下来所述边缘再折弯成他们的内弯状态。
在所示的实施方案中的连接梁8在成型元件1的纵向上具有一定尺寸,其至少为二个连接梁8之间的凹进部7的宽度的25%。在实例当中,凹进部7的长度可以为80mm,宽度大约为20mm,并且桥接梁8在纵向方向上观察的话具有20mm的尺寸。
在一个未显示的可能的实施方案中,成型元件1的侧壁3可以有凹进部,其如同上面描述的底部2上的凹进部7,因此也具有内弯的纵向边缘。成型元件在一侧或两侧的侧壁3上都可以有这样的凹进部。底部上没有凹进部7、只有一侧或两侧的侧壁3上有凹进部的实施方案也是可行的。
图3中所示的成型元件中,紧固装置20以预装配状态安装到成型元件上。紧固装置20包含长方形的锚定元件21。锚定元件21优选由钢材制成,并具有下侧21b和上侧21a。锚定元件21的宽度仅稍小于纵向狭槽6和成型元件1中的凹进部7的宽度。长方形的锚定元件21的长度要比纵向狭槽6和凹进部7的宽度大,以便在使用中锚定元件的纵向轴线可以和纵向狭槽6或凹进部7对齐,它的下侧21b朝向成型元件1的底部2,或者在插入凹进部7时,朝向成型元件1的上侧,并在翻边5或9之间插入到成型元件1当中,之后锚定元件21可以围绕垂直于成型元件1的上侧4和底部2的轴线旋转。

锚定元件21优选地在其中具有螺栓或螺杆能够旋入的螺纹孔(未显示)。垫片22具有螺栓或螺杆延伸穿过的中心孔。当螺栓被拉紧或螺母从上方被拧紧在螺杆上时,垫片22从预安装状态被拉紧到与翻边5或9的上侧接合的状态。

Claims (14)
