技术领域
本发明一般涉及织造土工合成织物。更具体地,本发明涉及具有增强的水流、颗粒保持性和表观开口尺寸性质的双层单织法土工织物。
背景技术
织造聚丙烯土工合成织物被用于减小水的流速以及维持土壤保持。这些织物经常被用于建立道路的稳定基础。因此,流过织物的水流和织物对土壤的保持性是重要的品质。此外,织物应当具有耐用的充分强度,特别是当织物经受负载时。
但是,水流速和土壤保持性与织物强度不一致。通常,为了增加强度,就要减小织物的孔。结果,织物受限于可以通过织物的水的量以及因此其可以保留的土壤颗粒的尺寸。如果期望较高的流速和保持较大的颗粒尺寸,则由于较低织物密度导致织物必须在强度方面有所让步。因此,需要具有改善的耐用强度,同时维持相对高的流速和颗粒保持性的织造土工合成织物。本发明的目的是解决这个以及其他需要。
发明内容

图1示出了根据本发明的织造织物10。织物10在纬向或纬纱方向包括第一纬纱20、第二纬纱30和填充纬纱40。第一纬纱20、第二纬纱30和填充纬纱40与经纱50交织。因为存在填充纬纱40,所以在织物10的各个表面上形成了脊部60和谷部70。在本发明的另一方面,纱20和30与填充纬纱40可以沿经向取向,而纱50可以沿纬向取向。根据本发明制成的织物可以用于土壤保持和/或稳定化。本发明的织物的用途包括但不限于土木工程项目,例如道路、桥基、建筑物、墙壁等的基衬。这些应用一般是指土建结构。

图3示出了使用以上刚刚讨论的聚丙烯/聚丙烯共聚物的本发明织物在纬向的拉伸强度。拉伸强度根据ASTM D4595测量。如图所示,织物在纬向的拉伸强度在1/2%应变时为90磅/英寸、在1%应变时为160磅/英寸、在2%应变时为300磅/英寸、在4%应变时为500磅/英寸、在5%应变时为570磅/英寸。纬向的极限伸长率为5%。

Claims (14)

1.一种织造土工合成织物,其包括:
在所述织物的纬向上织造的第一纬纱、第二纬纱和填充纬纱,以及与所述第一纬纱、所述第二纬纱和所述填充纬纱交织的经纱;
所述第一纬纱与所述第二纬纱具有不同的横截面形状;
所述织物的至少一部分具有多个纬纱组,在所述纬纱组之间分别布置并织造有填充纬纱,每一纬纱组具有两根第一纬纱和两根第二纬纱,所述两根第一纬纱中的一根邻近所述两根第二纬纱中的一根,并且堆叠在另一根第二纬纱上,所述邻近的第二纬纱堆叠在另一根第一纬纱上;并且
所述织物具有至少35的表观开口尺寸,并且能够使水以至少30加仑每平方英尺每分钟的速率流过所述织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物,在纬向上还包括脊部和谷部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第一纬纱具有直线围成的横截面形状,并且所述第二纬纱和所述填充纬纱具有基本圆形的横截面形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述第一纬纱为高模量扁丝,其具有在1%应变时为至少0.75克/丹尼尔、在2%应变时为至少1.5克/丹尼尔、和在5%应变时为至少3.75克/丹尼尔的韧度,并且由包含聚丙烯和聚丙烯/乙烯共聚物的熔融共混的混合物的组合物制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的织物,其中所述聚丙烯/乙烯共聚物的乙烯含量按共聚物重量计为约8%至约25%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述织物在1/2%应变时为90磅/英寸、在1%应变时为160磅/英寸、在2%应变时为300磅/英寸、在4%应变时为500磅/英寸和在5%应变时为570磅/英寸的纬向拉伸强度。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述表观开口尺寸为至少40。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述表观开口尺寸为至少45。
9.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述水流过速率为至少35加仑每平方英尺每分钟。
10.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述水流过速率为至少40加仑每平方英尺每分钟。
11.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述水流过速率为至少45加仑每平方英尺每分钟。
12.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述水流过速率为至少50加仑每平方英尺每分钟。
13.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述表观开口尺寸为至少40并且所述织物能够使水以至少50加仑每平方英尺每分钟的速率流过所述织物。
14.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的织物,其中所述织物被用于作为土建结构的基础。
