The illuminating lamp of the range hood in the existing market is mostly fixed by screws or fixed on the range hood by metal elastic sheets. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new lighting lamp assembly suitable for application in a range hood to solve the above problems.

To achieve the foregoing object, the present invention provides a lamp assembly comprising:
a lamp holder adapted to mount a lighting lamp thereon;
the lamp shade is suitable for mounting the lamp holder on the lamp shade, the lamp shade is provided with a space suitable for accommodating the illuminating lamp, and at least one surface of the lamp shade is light-transmitting so that light energy emitted by the illuminating lamp can penetrate out of the space;
the lampshade is provided with at least one convex rib and an elastic buckling arm, wherein the convex rib and the elastic buckling arm are used for installing the lampshade on the equipment and protrude outwards.

In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention can be implemented in a number of ways different from those described herein and similar generalizations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. Fig. 1 to 6 are schematic structural views of an embodiment of an illumination lamp assembly provided by the present invention, and fig. 7 to 10 are schematic views of the illumination lamp assembly after being mounted to a range hood. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the lamp assembly according to the embodiment of the invention includes a lamp socket 1, a lamp 3 installed in the lamp socket 1, and a lamp housing 2, wherein the lamp housing 2 has a space (not shown) adapted to accommodate or partially accommodate the lamp socket 1 and the lamp 3 therein. At least one surface of the lamp housing 2 is transparent so that light emitted from the illumination lamp 3 can be transmitted through the space of the lamp housing 2. One end of the lampshade 2 is provided with at least one convex rib 211 protruding outwards, and the other end is provided with an elastic buckling arm 213. During assembly, the lamp holder 1 with the illuminating lamp 3 is arranged in the lampshade 2, and the illuminating lamp assembly can be conveniently arranged on equipment (such as a range hood) by utilizing the convex ribs 211 and the elastic buckling arms 213 on the lampshade 2. Of course, the device is pre-configured with the locking hole 125 and the stopping piece (or hole) 146 structure, which are matched with the protruding rib 211 and the elastic locking arm 213, please refer to the schematic diagrams of fig. 8 to 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rib 211 is provided on one side wall 21a of the lamp housing 2, and the elastic catching arm 213 is provided on the opposite side wall 21 b. While this is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, in other embodiments, the rib 211 may be disposed on the side wall 21a and the resilient snap arm 213 may be disposed on the side wall 21c adjacent to the side wall 21a, although it is preferred that the side wall 21c be disposed in a region away from the side wall 21a (or rib 211), such that the combined rib 211 and resilient snap arm 213 provide a more stable securement of the light assembly and the fixture.
Further, the elastic catch arm 213 is integrally formed on the side wall 21 b. Specifically, one end (hereinafter, referred to as a connection end) of the elastic latching arm 213 is connected to the side wall 21b, and the other end is a free end having an enlarged portion 2132. The enlarged portion 2132 increases in thickness in the direction from the connecting end to the free end (from the top to the bottom in fig. 3), and forms a steep structure at the distal end, whereby the elastic latch arm 213 can slide into the device and effect latching with the device.
The light-transmitting surface of the lamp housing 2 is formed with an opening which serves as an entrance for replacing the illumination lamp 3. The lamp assembly further includes a lamp cover plate 4, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lamp cover plate 4 is mounted on the side of the lamp housing 2 where the opening is formed. The lamp cover plate 4 is formed of a transparent material or the lamp cover plate 4 is provided with a plurality of slits for transmitting light so that light can pass through. After the lamp cover 4 is mounted to the lamp housing 2, the free end of the elastic catch arm 213 is closer to the lamp cover 4 than the other portion of the elastic catch arm 213. The rib 211 is adjacent to the cover plate 4.
One end of the lamp cover plate 4 is provided with a convex strip 421 protruding outwards, and the other end is provided with an elastic clamping foot 422; correspondingly, the side wall of the lampshade 2 is provided with receiving holes 221, 222 which are matched with the convex strip 421 and the elastic clamping foot 422 of the lamp cover plate 4. The lamp cover 4 can be easily and rapidly mounted on the lamp housing 2 by the protruding strip 421 and the elastic clip 422 on the lamp cover 4 and the receiving holes 221 and 222 on the sidewall of the lamp housing 2. It should be noted that, the receiving hole 222 and the elastic latching arm 213, which are engaged with the elastic latching leg 422 of the lamp cover 4, are disposed on different sidewalls of the lamp housing 2, so as to ensure that the elastic latching leg 422 and the elastic latching arm 213 do not interfere with each other during the installation process.
Further, the lamp cover plate 4 includes a plate body portion 41 for covering the opening of the lamp housing 2 and a flange portion 42 perpendicular to the plate body portion 41; the protruding strip 421 and the elastic locking leg 422 are formed on the flange portion 42. The resilient catch 422 is formed in a first region (not labeled) of the flange portion 42, with a gap 425 provided between the first region of the flange portion 42 and other regions of the flange portion 42. The gap 425 is provided so that the first region, especially the elastic clamping leg 422 provided on the first region, can be freely bent and deformed to achieve the assembly with the lampshade 2 without interference or interference from other regions.
One end (hereinafter referred to as a connection end) of the elastic clip 422 of the lamp cover plate 4 is connected to the flange portion 42, and the other end is a free end having an enlarged portion 4222. Similar to the elastic latch arm 213 of the lampshade 2, the thickness of the expanded portion 4222 increases along the direction from the connection end to the free end of the elastic latch 422 (from top to bottom in fig. 5), and a steep structure is formed at the end, so that the elastic latch 422 can slide into the receiving hole 222 of the lampshade 2 and realize the latching of the two.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, and with reference to fig. 6, a side wall 21a of the lamp housing 2 is provided with a lamp socket mounting hole 26, and the lamp socket 1 is provided with an illumination lamp mounting hole (not shown); when the lamp socket 1 is mounted to the lamp casing 2, the lighting lamp mounting hole enters the lamp socket mounting hole 26 and is located in the aforementioned space of the lamp casing 2. The side wall 21a provided with the socket mounting hole 26 is formed with a pair of protection rails 27 on both sides of the socket mounting hole 26, and the mounted socket 1 is located between the pair of protection rails 27 and most of the side wall is shielded or protected by the pair of protection rails 27.
Further, one end of the lamp holder 1 away from the lighting lamp mounting hole is provided with a baffle 13 for abutting against the outer side of the pair of protection rails 27, and the baffle 13 and the pair of protection rails 27 are respectively provided with mounting holes 132 and 272; after the baffle 13 abuts against the outer side of the protection fence 27, a pair of fixing posts or studs 55 are inserted into the mounting holes 132 and 272 in order to fix the lamp socket 1 and the lamp housing 2.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a range hood 5, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, which has an illuminating lamp assembly as shown in fig. 1 to 6. The extractor hood 5 is provided with a groove (not shown) for accommodating the illumination lamp assembly, and the inner wall of the groove is provided with a locking hole 125 (only a part of the structure of the locking hole 125 can be seen in fig. 10 due to the relation of the selected section) for locking with the rib 211 and a stop piece (or hole) 146 for locking with the elastic locking arm 213, so as to prevent the illumination lamp assembly from withdrawing from the groove, thereby realizing the assembly of the illumination lamp assembly and the extractor hood 5.
In summary, the light assembly or the range hood of the present invention can rapidly and simply implement the installation of the light assembly to the equipment (such as the range hood) by using the protruding ribs and the elastic buckling arms at the two ends of the lampshade. In addition, the convex ribs and the elastic buckling arms for realizing the installation are integrally formed on the lampshade, so that the number of components can be reduced, and the manufacturing and installation cost is saved. the lamp shade (2) is suitable for mounting the lamp holder (1) thereon, the lamp shade (2) is provided with a space suitable for accommodating the illuminating lamp (3), and at least one surface of the lamp shade (2) is light-transmitting so that light emitted by the illuminating lamp can penetrate out of the space; wherein,
the lampshade (2) is provided with at least one outwards protruding convex rib (211) and an elastic buckling arm (213) which are used for installing the lampshade (2) on the equipment.
2. Lamp assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that said ribs (211) are provided on one side wall (21a) of said lamp housing (2) and said elastic snap arms (213) are provided on the opposite side wall (21 b).
3. Lamp assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that said elastic snap-on arms (213) are integrally formed on said other side wall (21 b); one end of the elastic buckle arm (213) is connected with the other side wall (21b), and the other end is a free end with an expansion part (2132).

The lamp assembly according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting side of the lamp housing (2) is formed with an opening; the illuminating lamp assembly further comprises a lamp cover plate (4), and the lamp cover plate (4) is installed on one surface of the lamp shade (2) where the opening is formed; the lamp cover plate (4) is made of a transparent material or the lamp cover plate (4) is provided with a plurality of gaps for light transmission.
5. A lamp assembly as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the free end of the resilient snap arm (213) is closer to the lamp cover plate (4) than the other parts of the resilient snap arm (213).
6. A light assembly as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said ribs (211) are immediately adjacent to said cover plate (4).

An assembly as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the cover plate (4) is provided with outwardly projecting ribs (421) and resilient catches (422); correspondingly, the side wall of the lampshade (2) is provided with accommodating holes (221, 222) matched with the raised strips (421) and the elastic clamping pins (422) of the lamp cover plate (4).

An illuminating lamp assembly according to claim 7, wherein the lamp cover plate (4) includes a plate body portion (41) for covering the opening in the lamp cover (2) and a flange portion (42) perpendicular to the plate body portion (41); the convex strip (421) and the elastic clamping foot (422) are formed on the flange part (42).
9. A lamp assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the resilient catch (422) is formed in a first region of the flange portion (42), a gap (425) being provided between the first region of the flange portion (42) and a further region of the flange portion (42).
10. A lamp assembly as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that said resilient catch (422) of said cover plate (4) is connected at one end to said flange portion (42) and at the other end is a free end having an enlarged portion (4222).

The lamp assembly according to claim 1, wherein a lamp socket mounting hole (26) is provided on one side wall (21a) of the lamp housing (2), and a lamp mounting hole is provided on the lamp socket (1), the lamp mounting hole entering the lamp socket mounting hole (26) and being located in the space of the lamp housing (2).
