螺旋刮板式不锈钢烘筒。在现有纺织机械中煮漂机,染色机,水洗机等设备中烘筒起着至关重要的作用,过热蒸汽至烘筒内部产生的冷凝水不能有效的排出,导致热损失增多,工作效率低,费用加大。本专利通过烘筒旋转时,内部冷凝水随着不锈钢螺旋型刮板,沿着轴向方向从一端流向另一端的未端时,进入未端焊接成的锥型水斗中,当锥型水斗超过轴线高度时,水斗内的水由于重力作用通过导流管流进内孔为一定斜度锥型的空心轴内,经过进汽头至出水口,出水口未端装有浮筒式疏水器。过热蒸汽与导流管交汇处还能使其产生饱和蒸汽,增加导热效果。这样能够有效地节约能源,达到节能降耗的效果。

该烘筒应用于纺织机械中煮漂机,染色机,水洗机等设备中。
背景技术
在现有的纺机设备的烘筒中所采用的虹吸式不锈钢烘筒,其蒸气冷凝水不能有效排出筒体,本结构能有效地将蒸汽冷凝水排出筒体,从而解决了现有虹吸式烘筒中的水、汽共存或者共排的问题,本结构可采用浮筒式疏水器推介使用FT14-10疏水器能够进一步提高节能减排的目的。
发明内容
蒸汽由进汽口进入烘筒,形成的冷凝水随着烘筒的旋转由焊接在筒体上的螺旋刮板将水带入刮斗内,随着刮板逐渐升高到烘筒顶部,刮板内的水由于重力作用经导流管将水引进带法兰空心轴内,由于空心轴内有一定锥度,冷凝水就进入进汽头出水管至疏水器。

Claims (4)

1. 烘筒内刮板为螺旋式。
2.烘筒的刮板焊接在烘筒内壁上。
3. 导流管用不锈钢管一端焊接在刮板上,另一端插在带法兰空心锥形轴内孔中。
4. 进汽头中间进汽,下端为出水。
