Abstract

种植式节能楼顶,属于楼房建筑设计技术领域,其特征在于楼顶增加了400kg/㎡负载设计,然后在楼顶上面架设了种植棚;其有益效果是楼顶种植棚可以用来种植蔬菜或花草,不仅可以怡情养性,还可以吸收夏天的热源,阻断热气进入房屋,使得房屋夏天不热,也可以阻隔冬天的冷气,使得冬天不冷,这样可以减少致冷或驱寒所需的能源,达到节能的效果;该种植棚斜面朝南,可以更好地吸收阳光,棚顶为塑料农膜,用钢架夹住,可以避免风吹雨打带来的损伤,铺设防水层和排水系统可以避免漏水,铺设滴灌系统便于浇灌。这种种植棚不仅能够给楼房带来节能效果,还能种植蔬菜作物,带来经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于楼房建筑设计技术领域,特别是一种在楼顶建种植棚以保持楼顶冬暖夏凉的种植式节能楼顶。
背景技术
楼顶是房屋建筑必不可少的部分,现有的楼顶一般是平顶、折顶、尖顶或圆顶,其中大部分为平顶,这些楼顶的平顶仅仅是作为房子遮风挡雨的遮盖物而已,没有别的用途,这样的楼顶夏天炎热,夏天的阳光照耀下,外面的热量很容易进入,到晚上,热量也很不容易散发,严重影响居住品质,有条件的只好使用空调,不仅增加了开支,还大大浪费了能源。在冬天,外面的寒冷最容易从楼顶侵入,为了驱寒,只得生火或开空调,同样浪费了能源。
目前也有在楼顶种植蔬菜的,但都是业主临时开辟,没有从设计上进行规划,这样很容易对楼顶造成伤害,出现渗水、漏水现象,而且其目的也不是为了改善其保温节能环境,没有从节能的角度去考虑和规划,所以也达不到节能的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在楼顶架设种植棚的技术,通过在楼顶种植蔬菜或花草等作物来改善楼顶的保温效果,这样不仅使得顶楼房间冬暖夏凉,减少致冷或驱寒所需的能源,还能够获得蔬菜或花草,怡情养性或带来经济效益。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是种植式节能楼顶,包括种植棚,其特征在于:楼顶增加了400kg/㎡负载设计;在楼顶上面架设了种植棚;种植棚北墙在楼顶北位女儿墙上面加高,其合计高度为200-220cm;种植棚南墙与楼顶南位女儿墙相隔60-100cm,其高度为50-60cm;种植棚的各墙面有可关闭的通风窗口;种植棚的棚顶为钢架棚顶,斜面朝南,钢架棚顶的中间夹塑料农膜,塑料农膜可灵活装卸;种植棚的地面铺设了防水层,防水层的上面铺设了土壤,土壤上面安装了滴灌系统,周边安装了排水系统。
本发明的有益效果是在楼顶架设了种植棚,可以用来种植蔬菜或花草,不仅可以怡情养性,还可以吸收夏天的热源,阻断热气进入房屋,使得房屋夏天不热,也可以阻隔冬天的冷气,使得冬天不冷,这样可以减少致冷或驱寒所需的能源,达到节能的效果;该种植棚斜面朝南,可以更好地吸收阳光,棚顶为塑料农膜,用钢架夹住,可以避免风吹雨打带来的损伤,铺设防水层和排水系统可以避免漏水,铺设滴灌系统便于浇灌。这种种植棚不仅能够给楼房带来节能效果,还能种植蔬菜作物,带来经济效益。

在设计和施工时将楼顶增加400kg/㎡负载;然后在楼顶上面架设种植棚;种植棚北墙在楼顶北位女儿墙上面加高,其合计高度为200cm;种植棚南墙与楼顶南位女儿墙相隔60cm,其高度为50cm;在种植棚的各墙面挖设可关闭的通风窗口;种植棚的棚顶为钢架棚顶,斜面朝南,钢架棚顶的中间夹塑料农膜,该塑料农膜可灵活装卸;在种植棚的地面铺设防水层,在防水层的上面铺设土壤,土壤上面安装滴灌系统,周边安装排水系统,即做成种植式节能楼顶,平时可在种植棚内种植蔬菜或花草。
