Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for a playback device to enter a standby state according to the present invention. The method for enabling the playing device to enter the standby state provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S10, receiving a sleep standby instruction, and entering a sleep working mode;
for example, when a user watches a television program using a playback device before sleeping, the user may select an operation mode of the playback device through a remote controller. In this embodiment, when the user selects the sleep standby mode, the remote controller sends a sleep standby instruction to the playback device, and after receiving the sleep standby instruction, the playback device is controlled to enter the sleep operating mode.
Step S20, when the sleep mode reaches the first preset time period, according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring equipment, judging whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon within the second preset time period; if yes, go to step S30, otherwise go to step S40;
in this embodiment, a monitoring device may be configured to monitor a state of the user, and determine whether the user enters a sleep state according to the state of the user. When the playing device enters the sleep working mode, a timer inside the playing device starts to time, when the time of entering the sleep working mode reaches a first preset time period, the monitoring device is controlled to start, the monitoring device monitors the state of a user in a second preset time period, and meanwhile, the playing device analyzes and judges whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device.
Step S30, controlling the playing device to reenter the sleep working mode, and turning to step S20;
when the monitoring device monitors that the user has the non-sleep phenomenon, the playing device is controlled to reenter the sleep working mode, and whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period is judged according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device when the time for the playing device to enter the sleep working mode reaches the first preset time period is judged again.
Step S40, controlling the playing device to enter a gradual standby mode, and reducing the brightness and the volume of the playing device one by one;
in this embodiment, when the monitoring device monitors that the user does not have the non-sleep phenomenon, the playing device is controlled to enter a gradual standby mode, so that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are reduced one by one. Because the volume and the brightness of the playing device are reduced step by step, the user who just enters the sleep state can be effectively prevented from being awakened due to sudden reduction of the brightness and the volume of the playing device, and the use of the user is facilitated.
Step S50, when the playing device enters the gradual standby mode, judging whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device; if yes, go to step S60, otherwise, go to step S90;
after the playing device enters the gradual standby mode, the monitoring device monitors the state of the user in real time, and the playing device judges whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon under the condition that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are gradually reduced according to the state of the monitoring device monitoring the user.
Step S60, controlling the playing device to enter a pause standby mode;
and under the condition that the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment are gradually reduced, if the user has a non-sleep phenomenon, controlling the playing equipment to enter a pause standby mode so as to stop the brightness and volume reduction operation of the playing equipment. Therefore, the influence of the change of the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment on the sleep consciousness of the user in the non-sleep state can be effectively prevented.
Step S70, after entering the pause standby mode for a third preset time period, judging whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon within the second preset time period; if yes, go to step S80, otherwise, go to step S40;
step S80, restoring the brightness and the volume of the playing device to the original brightness and volume, and turning to step S30;
when the playing device enters the pause standby mode, the current brightness and the current volume are firstly kept unchanged, and after the playing device plays for the third preset time, whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period is judged. If the non-sleep phenomenon exists, judging that the user does not enter a sleep state, restoring the brightness and the volume of the recovered playing equipment to the original brightness and volume, and entering a sleep working mode again; and when the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist, judging that the user enters a sleep state, re-entering a gradual standby mode, and controlling the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment to continue to be reduced until the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment are reduced to preset values, and controlling the playing equipment to enter the standby state.
And step S90, when the brightness and the volume of the playing device are equal to or less than preset values, controlling the playing device to enter a standby state.
In this embodiment, the size of the preset value can be set according to actual situations, and is not further limited herein, for example, the preset value can be set to 0, and the preset value is taken as 0 in this embodiment. Under the condition that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are reduced step by step, if the user does not have the non-sleep phenomenon, when the brightness and the volume of the playing device are both reduced to 0, the playing device is controlled to enter a standby state.
According to the invention, after the time that the playing device enters the sleep working mode reaches the first preset time period, the monitoring device is started to monitor the state of the user, and whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period is analyzed according to the state of the user. When the user does not have the non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period, controlling the playing equipment to enter a gradual standby mode, monitoring whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon in real time after the playing equipment enters the gradual standby mode, and controlling the sound and the volume of the player to be gradually reduced to preset values and enter the standby state if the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist; if the non-sleep phenomenon exists, controlling the playing device to enter a pause standby mode, judging whether the non-sleep phenomenon exists in a second preset time period after entering a pause standby third preset time period, if so, restoring the brightness and the volume of the playing device to the original brightness and volume, and entering the sleep working mode again, and if not, continuing reducing the brightness and the volume of the playing device to preset values one by one, and controlling the player to enter a standby state. Therefore, the method for the playing device to enter the standby state provided by the invention can effectively prevent the playing device from working to influence the sleep consciousness and quality of the user. In addition, the playing device can be automatically controlled to enter the standby state within a period of time after the user enters the sleep state, so that the loss of electric energy can be effectively reduced.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the first preset time period, the second preset time period and the third preset time period may be set according to actual needs, and are not further limited herein. For example, the first preset period of time is 30 minutes, the second preset period of time is 2 minutes, and the third preset period of time is 5 minutes.
Further, referring to fig. 2 in combination, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a method for a playback device to enter a standby state according to the present invention. Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S70 specifically includes:
step S71, after entering the pause standby mode for a third preset time period, judging whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon within the second preset time period; if yes, executing step S72, otherwise, turning to step S40;
step S72, judging whether the number of times of entering the pause standby mode is less than the preset number of times, if so, turning to step S73; otherwise, go to step S80;
step S73, control the playing device to re-enter the pause standby mode, and go to step S71
In this embodiment, after the playing device enters the gradual standby mode, the monitoring device monitors the state of the user in real time, and when the playing device monitors that the user has a non-sleep phenomenon, the playing device immediately enters the pause standby mode, i.e., stops the operation of reducing the brightness and the volume of the playing device, so that the influence of the change of the brightness and the volume of the playing device on the sleep consciousness of the user in the non-sleep state can be effectively prevented.
And when the playing device enters a pause standby mode, after waiting for a third preset time period, judging whether the monitoring device monitors whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period. If the non-sleep phenomenon exists, controlling the playing device to re-enter a pause standby mode, continuously returning to execute and waiting for a third preset time period, and judging whether the monitoring device monitors the non-sleep phenomenon in a second preset time period of the user; and when the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist, judging that the user enters a sleep state, and then re-entering a gradual standby mode to control the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment to be continuously reduced. In addition, the monitoring device continuously monitors whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon or not until the brightness and the volume of the playing device are reduced to preset values, and the playing device is controlled to enter a standby state. Therefore, the embodiment can effectively prevent the influence on the sleep consciousness of the user caused by the wrong judgment of the user entering the sleep state.
Specifically, after waiting for the third preset time period, when the monitoring device monitors that the user has a non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period, it is further required to determine whether the number of times that the playing device enters the pause standby mode is less than a preset number of times, for example, 3 times. When the user enters the pause standby mode for 2 times, if the user is monitored to have the non-sleep phenomenon, the user is judged to be in the non-sleep state, so that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are restored to the original brightness and volume, and the influence on the sleep consciousness of the user due to the fact that the user is judged to enter the sleep state by mistake is further effectively prevented.
Specifically, the monitoring of the state of the user by the monitoring device includes the monitoring of the voice and the motion of the user by the monitoring device. In this embodiment, the monitoring device is a high-sensitivity audio/video monitoring device, the high-sensitivity audio/video monitoring device can distinguish normal speaking sounds of the playing device and the user and body motions of the user, and the playing device determines whether the user enters a sleep state according to the sounds monitored by the monitoring device and the body motions of the user. For example, the sound and body movement of the user can be combined to determine whether the user enters a sleep state. In the embodiment, the non-sleep phenomenon of the user can be judged according to the fact that the user has speaking voice or the body movement size is large.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of the apparatus for enabling a playback device to enter a standby state. The apparatus for a playback device to enter a standby state provided in this embodiment includes a receiving module 100, a first determining module 200, a working mode selecting module 300, a second determining module 400, a third determining module 500, a recovering module 600, and a standby processing module 700; wherein,
a receiving module 100, configured to receive a sleep standby instruction and enter a sleep operating mode;
for example, when a user watches a television program using a playback device before sleeping, the user may select an operation mode of the playback device through a remote controller. In this embodiment, when the user selects the sleep standby mode, the remote controller sends a sleep standby instruction to the playback device, and the receiving module 100 of the playback device receives the sleep standby instruction sent by the remote controller. When the receiving module 100 receives the sleep standby instruction, the playing device is controlled to enter a sleep working mode.
The first judging module 200 is configured to, when the sleep mode reaches a first preset time period, judge whether the user is in a non-sleep state within a second preset time period according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device;
in this embodiment, a monitoring device may be configured to monitor a state of the user, and determine whether the user enters a sleep state according to the state of the user. After the playing device enters the sleep working mode, the timer inside the playing device starts to time, when the time of entering the sleep working mode reaches a first preset time period, the first judging module 200 controls the monitoring device to be started, the monitoring device monitors the state of the user in a second preset time period, and meanwhile, the first judging module 200 analyzes the state of the user to judge whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon.
The working mode selection module 300 is configured to control the playback device to re-enter the sleep working mode when the non-sleep phenomenon exists, and the first determination module 200 performs, when the time for entering the sleep working mode reaches a first preset time period, determining whether the non-sleep phenomenon operation exists in a second preset time period according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device; when the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist, controlling the playing equipment to enter a gradual standby mode, and reducing the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment one by one;
when the monitoring device monitors that the user has the non-sleep phenomenon, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to reenter the sleep working mode, and the first judgment module 200 judges whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period according to the state of the monitoring device monitoring the user when the time for the playing device to enter the sleep working mode reaches the first preset time period again.
When the monitoring device monitors that the user does not have the non-sleep phenomenon, the playing device is controlled to enter a gradual standby mode, and therefore the brightness and the volume of the playing device are reduced one by one. Because the volume and the brightness of the playing device are reduced step by step, the user who just enters the sleep state can be effectively prevented from being awakened due to sudden reduction of the brightness and the volume of the playing device, and the use of the user is facilitated.
The second judging module 400 is configured to, in the gradual standby mode, judge whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device;
after the playing device enters the gradual standby mode, the monitoring device monitors the state of the user in real time, and the second determining module 400 of the playing device determines whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon in a state that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are gradually reduced according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device.
The working mode selection module 300 is further configured to control the playback device to enter a pause standby mode;
in the state that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are gradually reduced, if the user has a non-sleep phenomenon, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to enter a pause standby mode to stop the brightness and volume reduction operation of the playing device. Therefore, the influence of the change of the brightness and the volume of the playing equipment on the sleep consciousness of the user in the non-sleep state can be effectively prevented.
A third determining module 500, configured to determine whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon within a second preset time period after entering the suspend standby mode for a third preset time period; if yes, the restoring module 600 restores the brightness and the volume of the playing device to the original brightness and volume, and after the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to reenter the sleep working mode, the second judging module 400 judges whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon according to the state of the monitoring device monitoring user in the gradual standby mode; otherwise, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to enter a gradual standby mode, and reduces the brightness and volume of the playing device one by one;
when the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to enter the pause standby mode, the current brightness and volume are firstly kept unchanged, and after the third preset time, whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period is judged. If the non-sleep phenomenon exists, it is determined that the user does not enter the sleep state, and at this time, the brightness and the volume of the playback device restored by the restoring module 600 are restored to the original brightness and volume, and the playback device is controlled to re-enter the sleep mode through the mode selection module 300; when the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist, the user is judged to enter the sleep state, at this time, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to re-enter the gradual standby mode, and controls the brightness and the volume of the playing device to continue to be reduced until the brightness and the volume of the playing device are reduced to preset values, and controls the playing device to enter the standby state.
The standby processing module 700 is configured to control the playback device to enter a standby state when the user does not have a non-sleep phenomenon in the pause standby mode and the brightness and the volume of the playback device are both equal to or less than preset values.
In this embodiment, the size of the preset value can be set according to actual situations, and is not further limited herein, for example, the preset value can be set to 0, and the preset value is taken as 0 in this embodiment. In the state that the brightness and the volume of the playback device are reduced step by step, if the user does not have the non-sleep phenomenon, the standby processing module 700 controls the playback device to enter the standby state when the brightness and the volume of the playback device are both reduced to 0.
According to the invention, after the time that the playing device enters the sleep working mode reaches the first preset time period through the first judging module 200, the monitoring device is started to monitor the state of the user, and whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period is analyzed according to the state of the user. When the user does not have the non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period, judging that the user enters a sleep state, further controlling the playing device to enter a gradual standby mode by the working mode selection module 300, after the playing device enters the gradual standby mode, monitoring whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon in real time, and controlling the sound and the volume of the player to be gradually reduced to preset values and enter the standby state if the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist; if the non-sleep phenomenon exists, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to enter a pause standby mode, and after the playing device enters the pause standby mode for a third preset time period, the third judgment module 500 judges whether the non-sleep phenomenon exists in the second preset time period, if the non-sleep phenomenon exists, the brightness and the volume of the playing device recovered by the recovery module 600 are recovered to the original brightness and volume, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to enter the sleep working mode again, and if the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist, the brightness and the volume of the playing device are continuously reduced to preset values one by one, and the player is controlled to enter a standby state. Therefore, the device for the playing device to enter the standby state can effectively prevent the playing device from working to influence the sleep consciousness and quality of the user.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the third determining module in fig. 3. The third determining module 500 in this embodiment includes a first determining unit 501 and a second determining unit 502; wherein,
a first judging unit 501, configured to judge whether a non-sleep phenomenon exists in the user after a second preset time period after entering the suspended standby mode for a third preset time period;
a second judging unit 502, configured to judge whether the number of times of entering the suspended standby mode is less than a preset number of times when the non-sleep phenomenon exists; if yes, after the working mode selection module 300 controls the playback device to re-enter the pause standby mode, the first determination unit 501 determines whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon within a second preset time period after entering the pause standby mode for a third preset time period; otherwise, the recovery module 600 recovers the brightness and the volume of the playing device to the original brightness and volume, and after the working mode selection module 300 controls and controls the playing device to reenter the sleep working mode, the first judgment module 200 executes the operation of judging whether the user has the non-sleep phenomenon operation in the second preset time period according to the state of the monitoring device monitoring the user when the sleep working mode is entered to the first preset time period.
The working mode selecting module 300 is further configured to control the playback device to re-enter the sleep working mode when the non-sleep phenomenon exists, and the first determining module 200 is configured to perform, when the time for entering the sleep working mode reaches the first preset time period, determining whether the non-sleep phenomenon operation exists in the user within the second preset time period according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device.
In this embodiment, after the playing device enters the gradual standby mode, the monitoring device monitors the state of the user in real time, and when the playing device monitors that the user has the non-sleep phenomenon, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to immediately enter the pause standby mode, i.e., stops the operation of reducing the brightness and the volume of the playing device, so as to effectively prevent the user from influencing the sleep consciousness of the user due to the change of the brightness and the volume of the playing device in the non-sleep state.
When the playing device enters the pause standby mode, after waiting for a third preset time period, the first determining unit 501 determines whether the non-sleep phenomenon exists in the second preset time period according to the state of the user monitored by the monitoring device. If the sleep phenomenon exists, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playing device to re-enter the pause standby mode, and the first judgment unit 501 continues to return to wait for a third preset time period, and then judges whether the monitoring device monitors that the non-sleep phenomenon operation exists in the second preset time period of the user; when the non-sleep phenomenon does not exist, it is determined that the user has entered the sleep state, and at this time, the working mode selection module 300 controls the playback device to re-enter the gradual standby mode, and controls the brightness and the volume of the playback device to continue to decrease. In addition, the monitoring device continues to monitor whether the user has a non-sleep phenomenon, until the brightness and the volume of the playing device are reduced to preset values, the standby processing module 700 controls the playing device to enter a standby state. Therefore, the embodiment can effectively prevent the influence on the sleep consciousness of the user caused by the wrong judgment of the user entering the sleep state.
Specifically, after waiting for the third preset time period, when the monitoring device monitors that the user has a non-sleep phenomenon in the second preset time period, the second determining unit 502 also needs to determine whether the number of times that the playing device enters the pause standby mode is less than the preset number of times, for example, 3 times. When the user enters the pause standby mode for 2 times, if the user is monitored to have a non-sleep phenomenon, the user is determined to be in a non-sleep state, so that the brightness and the volume of the playing device are restored to the original brightness and volume by the restoring module 600, and the influence on the sleep consciousness of the user due to the fact that the user is mistakenly judged to enter the sleep state is further effectively prevented.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
