Abstract

本发明涉及压力表阻尼器。设置在机芯下部,阻尼器设有和机芯对应的定位孔,阻尼器定位孔设置的方式和压力表表壳垂直,表壳上设有和阻尼器、机芯对应的连接孔。本发明的阻尼器其设置方式和传统的设置方式不同,其定位孔贯穿阻尼器的正反面,连接件通过定位孔将其固定在机芯上,且连接件从压力表表壳中伸出;当需要调整阻尼器的位置时,只需将连接件拧开,再旋转阻尼器至预设位置,再拧紧连接件即可调整阻尼器的位置,调整起来非常的方便,故本发明结构简单,非常具有实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及压力表阻尼器,属于阻尼装置技术领域。
背景技术
压力表在使用过程中当压力值上升过快超出弹簧管最大弹性变形量时,弹簧管由弹性变形变成塑性变形,此时将会导致压力表的损坏。为此解决的办法是在压力表内设置阻尼器,当压力达到一定值时,设置在机芯下部的阻尼器阻挡机芯的运行,继而阻挡弹簧管的运行,即通过设置使弹簧管始终保持在弹性变形的阶段,由压力产生的变形一部分由阻尼器来承受,此种结构能很好的保证弹簧管能长时间保持在一良好的工作状态;但是传统阻尼器设置的方式为:在阻尼器的侧面设置一连接孔,通过连接件将其连接在机芯上,在根据需要调整阻尼器的位置时,由于定位孔设置的固定,很难调整阻尼器的位置,给此种结构的压力表的通用性带来一定影响,故需要进一步改进。 
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种结构简单、阻尼器位置调整方便的压力表阻尼器。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明设置在机芯下部,阻尼器设有和机芯对应的定位孔,阻尼器定位孔设置的方式和压力表表壳垂直,表壳上设有和阻尼器、机芯对应的连接孔。
所述定位孔、连接孔为两个。
本发明的优点是:本发明的阻尼器其设置方式和传统的设置方式不同,其定位孔贯穿阻尼器的正反面,连接件通过定位孔将其固定在机芯上,且连接件从压力表表壳中伸出;当需要调整阻尼器的位置时,只需将连接件拧开,再旋转阻尼器至预设位置,再拧紧连接件即可调整阻尼器的位置,调整起来非常的方便,故本发明结构简单,非常具有实用性。

具体实施方式
本发明设置在机芯1下部,阻尼器2设有和机芯1对应的定位孔,阻尼器2定位孔设置的方式和压力表表壳4垂直,表壳4上设有和阻尼器2、机芯2对应的连接孔,铆钉3通过连接孔、定位孔实现机芯1和阻尼器2位置的固定。
优选的本发明的定位孔、连接孔为两个。

1.压力表阻尼器,设置在机芯下部,其特征在于,阻尼器设有和机芯对应的定位孔,阻尼器定位孔设置的方式和压力表表壳垂直,表壳上设有和阻尼器、机芯对应的连接孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力表阻尼器,其特征在于,所述定位孔、连接孔为两个。
