Abstract

本发明公开了一种干馏裂解炉,包括有外炉体,外炉体内设有内炉体,内炉体内设有环形燃烧室,内炉体内中央转动安装有转轴,转轴上端固定有配料盘,配料盘下方依次设有承接盘一和承接盘二,且配料盘、承接盘一和承接盘二上方分别设有拨料器;所述承接盘二下方设有斜板,伸入到内炉体的底部,内炉体的底部为焦油裂解室;所述内炉体的底部设有燃气出口和碳料出料口,燃气出口和碳料出料口伸出外炉体外。本发明结构简单,整个生产过程只有干馏裂解过程,因而产生的燃气热值大,提高了利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物质能源的再利用处理设备,主要是一种干馏裂解炉。
背景技术    
随着我国经济的可持续快速发展,石油、天然气、煤气等一次性资源供需缺口逐年增大,人们迫切需要一种低价、节能、安全、洁净的新型燃料进入市场。现有的大部分都是通过气化炉产气,而气化过程中燃气热值小,可利用率相对就较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种干馏裂解炉,其结构简单,整个生产过程只有干馏裂解过程,因而产生的燃气热值大,提高了利用率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种干馏裂解炉,包括有外炉体,外炉体内设有内炉体,外炉体与内炉体之间设有保温层,其特征在于:所述的内炉体内设有环形燃烧室,所述内炉体内中央转动安装有转轴,转轴上端固定有配料盘,所述的配料盘上方设有多个对着配料盘拨料的拨料器一;所述的配料盘下方一圈设有多个承接盘一,承接盘一下方一圈有多个承接盘二;所述的承接盘一上方对着多个承接盘一分别设有拨料器二,拨料器二固定在配料盘的底面;所述的承接盘二上方有环形拨料器三,环形拨料器三固定在转轴外;所述的多个承接盘二下方分别设有斜板,斜板一端靠在燃烧室的炉壁上,一端伸入到内炉体的底部,所述内炉体的底部为焦油裂解室;所述内炉体的底部设有燃气出口和碳料出料口,燃气出口和碳料出料口伸出外炉体外。
所述的内炉体内贴着燃烧室的炉壁设有吸热器。
所述的燃烧室内有燃烧器。
本发明的上产过程是:
各种生物质原料通过密封加料机送到炉内配料盘,经配料盘360°配料,配料盘带着原料转动,拨料器一对其拨料,沿炉壁投放至下方的承接盘一上,再有拨料器二随着配料盘的转动将承接盘一上的物料拨至下方的承接盘二,再有拨料器三随着转轴的转动将物料推至炉壁上,沿着炉壁的斜板下滑至炉底中心进入焦油裂解室,完成物料在高温下的干馏过程。
本发明中物料在进入焦油裂解室前已经三次与燃烧室炽热炉壁相接触,并在拨料器的作用下不断翻炒,大大提高了生物质在短时间内的吸热,从而在很大程度上解决了生物质原料导热差的特点,提高了生产率。
本发明中内炉体内有吸热器增加了吸热的性能;整个生产过程只有干馏裂解的过程,没有气化过程,因而燃气热值可达3650大卡,同时,还有入炉料的30%生物质碳。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,整个生产过程只有干馏裂解过程,因而产生的燃气热值大,提高了利用率。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种干馏裂解炉,包括有外炉体1,外炉体1内设有内炉体2,外炉体1与内炉体2之间设有保温层3,所述的内炉体2内设有环形燃烧室4,所述内炉体2内中央转动安装有转轴5,转轴上端固定有配料盘6,所述的配料盘6上方设有多个对着配料盘拨料的拨料器一7;所述的配料盘6下方一圈设有多个承接盘一8,承接盘一8下方一圈有多个承接盘二9;所述的承接盘一8上方对着多个承接盘一分别设有拨料器二10,拨料器二10固定在配料盘6的底面;所述的承接盘二9上方有环形拨料器三11,环形拨料器三11固定在转轴5外;所述的多个承接盘二9下方分别设有斜板12,斜板12一端靠在燃烧室4的炉壁上,一端伸入到内炉体2的底部,所述内炉体2的底部为焦油裂解室13;所述内炉体2的底部设有燃气出口14和碳料出料口15,燃气出口13和碳料出料口14伸出外炉体1外。
所述的内炉体2内贴着燃烧室4的炉壁设有吸热器16。
所述的燃烧室4内有燃烧器17。

1.一种干馏裂解炉,包括有外炉体,外炉体内设有内炉体,外炉体与内炉体之间设有保温层,其特征在于:所述的内炉体内设有环形燃烧室,所述内炉体内中央转动安装有转轴,转轴上端固定有配料盘,所述的配料盘上方设有多个对着配料盘拨料的拨料器一;所述的配料盘下方一圈设有多个承接盘一,承接盘一下方一圈有多个承接盘二;所述的承接盘一上方对着多个承接盘一分别设有拨料器二,拨料器二固定在配料盘的底面;所述的承接盘二上方有环形拨料器三,环形拨料器三固定在转轴外;所述的多个承接盘二下方分别设有斜板,斜板一端靠在燃烧室的炉壁上,一端伸入到内炉体的底部,所述内炉体的底部为焦油裂解室;所述内炉体的底部设有燃气出口和碳料出料口,燃气出口和碳料出料口伸出外炉体外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干馏裂解炉,其特征在于:所述的内炉体内贴着燃烧室的炉壁设有吸热器。
