本发明涉及模具感温结构。
 
背景技术
   现有的模具感温结构中,测温孔开设在模具本体的外表面上,测温孔距离模具本体的中心较远,这样温度传感器插在测温孔中测量模温时,无法准确测量到模具本体中心的模温,降低浇铸形成的产品质量。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供能够准确测量模具本体中心模温的感温结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:模具感温结构,包括模具本体、开设在所述模具本体外表面上供温度传感器插入的测温孔,所述测温孔通向所述模具本体的中心,所述温度传感器插入所述测温孔测温时,所述温度传感器接近所述模具本体的中心设置。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:测温孔通向模具本体的中心,并且插入测温孔的温度传感器接近模具本体的中心设置,这样保证了温度传感器能够准确测量到模具本体中心模温,保证浇铸时的产品质量。

下面结合附图来进一步阐述本发明。
在图1中,模具感温结构,包括模具本体1、开设在模具本体1外表面上供温度传感器插入的测温孔2,测温孔2通向模具本体1的中心,温度传感器插入测温孔2测温时,温度传感器接近模具本体1的中心,这样保证了温度传感器能够准确测量到模具本体1中心模温,保证浇铸时的产品质量。

1.模具感温结构,包括模具本体、开设在所述模具本体外表面上供温度传感器插入的测温孔,其特征在于:所述测温孔通向所述模具本体的中心,所述温度传感器插入所述测温孔测温时,所述温度传感器接近所述模具本体的中心设置。
