Description

本发明涉及一种洗涤剂,特别是用于清洁医用玻片的洗涤剂。
医用玻片主要产生于医疗保健、卫生防疫和医学院校等部门。现有清洁医用玻片的洗涤剂,主要是用洗衣粉和重络酸钾浓硫酸溶液。将玻片在洗衣粉溶液中加热煮沸,然后在重络酸钾浓硫酸溶液中浸泡,取出冲洗拭干即可。不足之处是洗涤时间长,玻片周转率低,药液消耗量大,有强烈的腐蚀性,成本高,现场体检,玻片清洗不方便。
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种对医用血膜玻片洗涤时间短,提高玻片周转率,药液消耗量小,成本低,操作简便的洗涤剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术解决方案是:本发明的医用玻片洗涤剂由络合剂、表面活性剂、碱和醇配制而成。洗涤剂由络合剂1~20份、表面活性剂1~20份、碱0.5~20份、醇1~80份、水1~95份经混合配制而成。络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,碱为氢氧化钠或者氢氧化钾,醇为乙醇。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:洗涤剂为无色或淡黄色透明液体,性能稳定,具有香味,安全可靠;整个过程操作简便、快速,玻片在洗涤剂中浸泡5~10分钟,冲洗干净,擦干即可使用,尤其适合于现场体检使用:不需加热,节省能耗,成本低;用途广泛,不仅能清洁医用玻片,还能用清洁光度比色计比色杯,也可以在棉布,草帽漂白,记号笔墨汁脱色使用。
下面将本发明实质性内容及其特性作更进一步详细的说明。
本发明的医用玻片洗涤剂是由络合剂、表面活性剂、碱、醇和水配制而成的。络合剂起增溶作用,稳定剂型,去除附于玻片上的白色附着物,表面活性剂有增强去油污,软化血膜,提高清洁度的功能,碱的作用是破坏柏油和血膜,醇起脱色作用,水用于溶解配方成份。使之均匀,起协同作用,对血膜玻片产生高效的清洁效果,以下是实现本发明的一个实施例:取水25份,加入15份氢氧化钠、10份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌溶解,然后加乙醇40份,脂肪醇聚氧化烯醚硫酸钠10份搅拌均匀,即可得到本发明的医用玻片洗涤剂。

乙二胺四乙酸二钠        1~20份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠  1~20份
氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾      0.5~20份
乙醇                   1~80份
水                     1~95份
经混合配制而成。
