技术领域
本发明涉及细胞培养装置的技术领域,具体为细胞刮刀结构。
背景技术
细胞刮刀主要适用于收获细胞,刮取一些细胞培养瓶中的细胞,确保对细胞最小的伤害,并尽可能接触细胞生长的所有表面,不留任何死角。现有的细胞刮刀,其刮刀杆、刮刀片为一体件,其刮刀片无法及时调整角度从而适应收获细胞的需求,导致收获细胞时无法接触细胞生长的所有表面,留有死角。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了细胞刮刀结构,其在刮取一些细胞培养瓶中的细胞,确保对细胞最小的伤害,并尽可能接触细胞生长的所有表面,不留任何死角。
细胞刮刀结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括刮刀杆、刮刀片,其特征在于:所述刮刀片包括刀片、刀片连接座、刀片连接盖板,所述刀片连接座位于所述刀片的尾部,所述刮刀杆包括手柄部分、长度部分、导杆连接轴,所述手柄部分连接所述长度部分,所述长度部分的末端连接有外凸的导杆连接轴,所述导杆连接轴的前端、后端的外环面分别设置有前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出,所述导杆连接轴的内半圆环面嵌装于所述刀片连接座的半圆环柱形空腔内,所述刀片连接盖板盖装于所述导杆连接轴的外半圆环面、且所述刀片连接盖板紧固贴合连接所述刀片连接座,所述刀片连接盖板的前、后端半圆面分别被所述前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出卡扣限位,所述前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出位于所述导杆连接轴的外环面的相同径向位置。
使用本发明的结构后,由于刮刀片通过刀片连接座、刀片连接盖板套装于刮刀杆的导杆连接轴上,且刀片连接盖板的前、后端半圆面分别被所述前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出卡扣限位,所述前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出位于所述导杆连接轴的外环面的相同径向位置,其使得刀片可以通过刀片连接座、刀片连接盖板的绕着导杆连接轴旋转完成刀片的旋转,从而其在刮取一些细胞培养瓶中的细胞,确保对细胞最小的伤害,并尽可能接触细胞生长的所有表面,不留任何死角。

具体实施方式
见图1-3,其包括刮刀杆1、刮刀片2,刮刀片2包括刀片3、刀片连接座4、刀片连接盖板5,刀片连接座4位于刀片3的尾部,刮刀杆1包括手柄部分6、长度部分7、导杆连接轴8,手柄部分6连接长度部分7,长度部分7的末端连接有外凸的导杆连接轴8,导杆连接轴8的前端、后端的外环面分别设置有前端定位凸出9、后端定位凸出10,导杆连接轴8的内半圆环面嵌装于刀片连接座4的半圆环柱形空腔内,刀片连接盖板5盖装于导杆连接轴8的外半圆环面、且刀片连接盖板5紧固贴合连接刀片连接座4,刀片连接盖板5的前、后端半圆面分别被前端定位凸出9、后端定位凸出10卡扣限位,前端定位凸出9、后端定位凸出10位于导杆连接轴8的外环面的相同径向位置。
其工作原理如下,见图4、图5:刮刀片2可以通过刀片连接座4、刀片连接盖板5的绕着导杆连接轴8旋转完成刀片3的旋转,并通过位于导杆连接轴8的外环面的相同径向位置的前端定位凸出9、后端定位凸出10分别正向限位90°、反向限位90°。

1.一种细胞刮刀,其包括刮刀杆、刮刀片,其特征在于:所述刮刀片包括刀片、刀片连接座、刀片连接盖板,所述刀片连接座位于所述刀片的尾部,所述刮刀杆包括手柄部分、长度部分、导杆连接轴,所述手柄部分连接所述长度部分,所述长度部分的末端连接有外凸的导杆连接轴,所述导杆连接轴的前端、后端的外环面分别设置有前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出,所述导杆连接轴的内半圆环面嵌装于所述刀片连接座的半圆环柱形空腔内,所述刀片连接盖板盖装于所述导杆连接轴的外半圆环面、且所述刀片连接盖板紧固贴合连接所述刀片连接座,所述刀片连接盖板的前、后端半圆面分别被所述前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出卡扣限位,所述前端定位凸出、后端定位凸出位于所述导杆连接轴的外环面的相同径向位置。
