Abstract

本发明涉及一种光信号传输通断器,包括盒体、遮光盘,其特征在于设置在盒体内遮光盘是由两个对称设置的扇形盘构成,遮光盘的中轴从盒体两侧穿出,与遮光盘相对应的盒体上至少设有一个光通孔,光通孔上连接有尾纤耦合器。其特点是:结构简单,输出信号准确可靠,不受干扰,能够保证供电系统安全稳定运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光信号传输控制装置,特别是一种光信号传输通断器。
背景技术
现有电网的远动遥信信号采集装置主要依靠直流电路的通断来反应断路器、刀闸等电力设备的分合状态,它主要存在如下不足:一是直流接地问题,由于遥信信号回路采用变电站的直流浮充电池电源,即直接采用+110V和-110V的直流母线电压作为遥信电源,+110V为遥信回路的公共端,如果发生遥信电缆绝缘损坏、刀闸辅助接点进水、电缆接线施工误碰等情况,会发生直流接地故障,导致保护装置误动作,造成大面积停电。二是同一点信号的SOE分辨率低,由于传统接触式信号辅助接点动作过程中会产生大量的抖动信号,因此遥信采集电路必须采取硬件和软件上的抖动过滤处理,导致同一点很难实现2ms的SOE分辨率要求。三是功率消耗大,存在电磁干扰问题,一块32路直流遥信采集板通常功耗为10W左右,满负载功率会更高,由于距离高压设备较近,易受电磁干扰发出错误信号。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于远动遥信数据信号采集、性能可靠的光信号传输通断器。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种光信号传输通断器,包括盒体、遮光盘,其特征在于设置在盒体内遮光盘是由两个对称设置的扇形盘构成,遮光盘的中轴从盒体两侧穿出,与遮光盘相对应的盒体上至少设有一个光通孔,光通孔上连接有尾纤耦合器。
所述的盒体是由结构相同的上盖和下盖构成。
所述的遮光盘中轴两端径向设有销孔。
本发明的特点是:光信号传输通断器的结构简单,输出信号准确可靠,不受干扰,能够保证供电系统安全稳定运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,光信号传输通断器的盒体是由结构相同的上盖和下盖1构成,上、下盖的四角处设有安装孔10,对合后通过连接件连接固定成一体,盒体不限于这种结构。盒体内设有圆形空腔2,空腔中心处设有轴孔3。遮光盘6设置在空腔2内,其中轴7两端分别经上下盖上的轴孔3伸出盒体外,中轴两端的销孔8用于连接需要远程监控的断路器或刀闸的辅助机构上,见图3、4。遮光盘是由两个互成90度且对称设置的扇形盘构成,盒体上下盖上与遮光盘相对位置处设有四个互成90度的光通孔4,光通孔四周设有安装孔5,用以安装尾纤耦合器9,尾纤耦合器法兰11分别安装在上、下盖上的光通孔处。
本发明利用断路器或刀闸的辅助机构带动遮光盘转动,当断路器或刀闸的状态发生变化时,通过遮光盘的转动遮断或不遮断尾纤耦合器输出至远动遥信信号采集装置的光信号,实现远程监控。

Claims (3)

1.一种光信号传输通断器,包括盒体、遮光盘,其特征在于设置在盒体内遮光盘是由两个对称设置的扇形盘构成,遮光盘的中轴从盒体两侧穿出,与遮光盘相对应的盒体上至少设有一个光通孔,光通孔上连接有尾纤耦合器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光信号传输通断器,其特征在于所述的盒体是由结构相同的上盖和下盖构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光信号传输通断器,其特征在于所述的遮光盘中轴两端径向设有销孔。
