本发明涉及玻璃熔制领域,具体涉及一种挡焰砖。
背景技术
挡焰砖是玻璃熔窑上起密封和隔断作用的耐火材料,其能够有效提供玻璃熔窑的热利用率、降低玻璃熔窑耗能以及保护玻璃熔窑前端设备。现有的挡焰砖存在安装更换麻烦,而且挡焰砖为大块挡焰砖,一旦损坏,须整块更换,经济成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种挡焰砖,安装更换方便,更换成本低。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:挡焰砖,包括砖体,所述砖体顶部设有卡耳,所述砖体底部设有卡接另一个砖体上的卡耳的卡槽。
作为优选,所述卡耳的横截面为T型,相应的所述卡槽的横截面为与卡耳的横截面相配合的T型槽。结构简单,模具制作方便,成本低,安装容易。
有益效果:
本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种挡焰砖,安装更换方便,更换成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,挡焰砖,包括砖体1,所述砖体1顶部设有卡耳2,所述砖体1底部设有卡接另一个砖体1上的卡耳2的卡槽3。所述卡耳2的横截面为T型,相应的所述卡槽3的横截面为与卡耳2的横截面相配合的T型槽。
本发明使用时,只需将将一块砖的卡耳2插如另一块砖的卡槽3内即可。安装更换方便,当其中一块砖损坏时,只需将其拆下换掉,更换成本低。

1.挡焰砖,包括砖体(1),其特征在于:所述砖体(1)顶部设有卡耳(2),所述砖体(1)底部设有卡接另一个砖体(1)上的卡耳(2)的卡槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挡焰砖,其特征在于:所述卡耳(2)的横截面为T型,相应的所述卡槽(3)的横截面为与卡耳(2)的横截面相配合的T型槽。
