本发明提供一种智能低压电缆分接箱,它包括数据采样模块、微机处理模块和GPRS通讯模块,所述数据采样模块包括进线数据采样模块和出线数据采样模块,所述进线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的进线分支路上,所述出线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的出线分支路上,所述数据采样模块连接所述微机处理模块,所述微机处理模块连接所述GPRS模块。本发明通过对分接箱的进线和出线分支的电流进行实时监测,能实时分析进线和出线分支的负荷情况以及各分支负荷的分配情况,再通过GPRS网络定时或即时把现场情况发送至配调中心或值班人员的手机,便于工作人员及时采取措施,降低了故障的风险。

技术领域
本发明属于配电技术领域,具体的说,涉及了一种配电系统用的智能低压电缆分接箱。
背景技术
当前的电缆分接箱中,导体连接件采用的是压接方式,具有安装便捷、进出线灵活、进出线分支多的优点,为实现多路送电、深入负荷中心、缩短供电半径、降低线损提供了技术保障。节能减排是今后配电网的发展趋势,配电网的节电必然要求先进的电能管理系统,然而,对目前的电缆分接箱来说,其的内部一般仅装设分支电缆接头,功能单一,仅仅能实现简单的电缆分支功能,而对于电缆分接箱的多路负荷的安全运行,其无法实现电参数的实时检测,更无法实现数据的上报主站,从而影响了配电系统的精细化管理检测。
为了解决以上存在的问题,人们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,从而提供一种智能低压电缆分接箱,该分接箱能对分接箱的进线和出线分支的电流进行监测,对负荷或负荷严重不均衡情况能及时发出报警信息并送达配调中心或值班人员手机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种智能低压电缆分接箱,它包括数据采样模块、微机处理模块和GPRS通讯模块,所述数据采样模块包括进线数据采样模块和出线数据采样模块,所述进线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的进线分支路上,所述出线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的出线分支路上,所述数据采样模块连接所述微机处理模块,所述微机处理模块连接所述GPRS模块。 
基于上述,它还包括与所述微机处理模块连接的预留光纤通讯模块。
基于上述,该电缆分接箱还包括与所述微机处理模块连接的拓展跳闸模块,所述拓展跳闸模块连接电缆分接箱的进线或出线分支的断路器。 
本发明相对现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步,具体的说,本发明通过对分接箱的进线分支和出线分支的电流进行实时监测,能实时分析进线和出线分支的负荷情况以及各分支负荷的分配情况,再通过GPRS网络定时或即时把现场情况发送至配调中心或值班人员的手机,便于工作人员及时采取措施,降低了故障的风险。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种智能低压电缆分接箱,它包括数据采样模块、微机处理模块和GPRS通讯模块。
所述数据采样模块包括进线数据采样模块和出线数据采样模块,所述进线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的进线分支路上,所述出线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的出线分支路上,所述数据采样模块用来监测、采集电缆分接箱的进线和出线分支的电流。
所述数据采样模块连接所述微机处理模块以将采集的电流信号发送到所述微机处理模块,所述微机处理模块对所述电流信号进行分析处理,从而得出进线和出线分支的负荷情况以及各分支负荷的分配情况。
所述微机处理模块连接所述GPRS模块,分接箱现场的各种情况,如过负荷、负荷严重不均衡等,可以通过GPRS网络定时或即时发送到配调中心或值班人员的手机,便于工作人员及时采取措施;在条件具备的情况下,还可以通过连接在所述微机处理模块上的预留光纤通讯模块把分接箱现场的情况实时传送到配调中心。 
为进一步优化技术方案,该电缆分接箱还包括与所述微机处理模块连接的拓展跳闸模块,所述拓展跳闸模块连接电缆分接箱的进线或出线分支的断路器,从而完成对过负荷的进线或出线分支的跳闸,避免了装置烧毁等重大事故。

1.一种智能低压电缆分接箱,其特征在于:它包括数据采样模块、微机处理模块和GPRS通讯模块,所述数据采样模块包括进线数据采样模块和出线数据采样模块,所述进线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的进线分支路上,所述出线数据采样模块设置在电缆分接箱的出线分支路上,所述数据采样模块连接所述微机处理模块,所述微机处理模块连接所述GPRS模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能低压电缆分接箱,其特征在于:它还包括与所述微机处理模块连接的预留光纤通讯模块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的智能低压电缆分接箱,其特征在于:该电缆分接箱还包括与所述微机处理模块连接的拓展跳闸模块,所述拓展跳闸模块连接电缆分接箱的进线或出线分支的断路器。
