Abstract
The invention provides a rocker arm, which is matched with the valve of an engine. The rocker arm comprises a rocker arm body and a head part, wherein the head part is arranged at one end of the rocker arm body, which is matched with the valve; and the head part is a double curved surface. The invention further provides a rocker arm assembly, the engine and engineering machinery. When the rocker arm with the structure is matched with the valve, a contact line of the head part and the valve is always on the center line of the valve, so that the problem of eccentric abrasion of a duct and a housing washer of the valve is solved, and the problems of valve leakage, steam blowby increase of a crankcase and engine oil blowby existing in relevant technologies are avoided. In the process of movement, the horizontal distance from the contact line to the central line of the rocker shaft is always 40, namely, the horizontal distance is always on the central line of the valve, so that the stress of the valve is uniform, and the eccentric wear of a valve guide pipe and a seat ring is reduced.
As shown in FIG. 5, the present invention further provides an engine including the rocker arm assembly of the above-described embodiment. In fig. 5, the engine includes a valve guide 4, a valve retainer 5, a cylinder head 6, a valve spring 7, and a push rod 8.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, when the rocker arm 1 is matched with the valve 2 for use, the contact line of the rocker arm head 12 and the valve rod 22 is always on the central line of the valve rod 2, so that the eccentric wear problem of the valve guide pipe 4 and the valve seat ring 5 is solved, the problems of valve air leakage, increased crankcase air blowby amount and engine oil blowby in the related technology are avoided, and the stability and the safety of an engine are improved.

7. The rocker arm assembly of claim 5, wherein the head (12) of the rocker arm is screw-threaded with the rocker arm body (11).
8. An engine including a rocker arm assembly as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7.
9. The engine of claim 8, wherein the engine is a gasoline engine or a diesel engine.
10. A working machine, characterized by comprising an engine according to claim 8 or 9.
