Description

一种船舶弯舵杆的加工工艺
技术领域    本发明涉及一种方法,尤其是一种船舶用具的加工工艺。
背景技术    已知,大型船用弯舵杆的形状特殊,采用不对称的结构,舵杆一端采用方形弯曲段结构,另一端采用圆柱段结构。由于弯舵杆的刚性差,工件总长较长,细长比较大,属于细长轴类工件,在加工时由于振动、挠度等因素,极易导致工件变形。目前,普遍采用的加工工序为:粗铣方部——安装夹具——粗车圆柱段——时效探伤——精车圆柱段——拆卸夹具——精铣方部。但是,上述加工工序加工周期长,工序繁琐,影响工作进度。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种省时、高效、工序少的船舶弯舵杆的加工工艺。
本方法中所述弯舵杆的一端为方形弯曲段、另一端为圆柱段,所述加工工艺首先精铣弯舵杆的方头部位,然后安装夹具,再粗车弯舵杆的圆柱段部位,再进行时效探伤,接着精车弯舵杆的圆柱段部位,最后卸下夹具,完成弯舵杆的加工。
与已有技术相比,本方法的有益效果为:工作周期短、效率高、缩短工序,无需粗铣弯舵杆方部,缩短工作时间。
具体实施方式    本方法中所述弯舵杆的一端为方形弯曲段、另一端为圆柱段,所述加工工艺首先精铣弯舵杆的方头部位,然后安装夹具,再粗车弯舵杆的圆柱段部位,再进行时效探伤,接着精车弯舵杆的圆柱段部位,最后卸下夹具,完成弯舵杆的加工。

1.一种船舶弯舵杆的加工工艺,所述弯舵杆的一端为方形弯曲段、另一端为圆柱段,其特征在于:所述加工工艺首先精铣弯舵杆的方头部位,然后安装夹具,再粗车弯舵杆的圆柱段部位,再进行时效探伤,接着精车弯舵杆的圆柱段部位,最后卸下夹具,完成弯舵杆的加工。
