滑轮式拉丝机的上导轮装置是滑轮式拉丝机上的重要装置，目前，滑轮式拉丝机的上导轮装置中的过丝导轮轴与联轴套之间不能调节，使得过丝时丝线的松紧度不好调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种可以方便地调节过丝导轮轴与联轴套、从而调节过丝时丝线松紧度的水箱拉丝机的过丝架装置。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，所述滑轮式拉丝机上导轮装置，包括过丝支架、过丝导轮轴、过丝导轮、过丝导轮左端盖、过丝导轮右端盖、过丝导轮左固定座、过丝导轮右固定座与挡丝环，在过丝导轮轴上转动安装有过丝导轮，在过丝导轮的左端面上固定有过丝导轮左端盖，在过丝导轮的右端面上固定有过丝导轮右端盖，在过丝导轮轴上通过过丝导轮左端盖固定有过丝导轮左固定座，在过丝导轮轴上通过过丝导轮右端盖固定有过丝导轮右固定座，在过丝导轮左固定座与过丝导轮右固定座上固定有挡丝环，在过丝支架的顶端部固定有联轴下半套，在联轴下半套上固定有联轴上半套，所述过丝导轮轴安装在联轴下半套与联轴上半套之间。
所述联轴下半套对应的圆心角度数为120~180°。所述联轴上半套对应的圆心角度数为120~180°。
本发明结构简单，可以方便地调节过丝导轮轴与联轴套，从而调节过丝时丝线的松紧度。

如图所示：该滑轮式拉丝机上导轮装置，包括过丝支架1、过丝导轮轴2、过丝导轮3、过丝导轮左端盖4、过丝导轮右端盖5、过丝导轮左固定座6、过丝导轮右固定座7与挡丝环8，在过丝导轮轴2上转动安装有过丝导轮3，在过丝导轮3的左端面上固定有过丝导轮左端盖4，在过丝导轮3的右端面上固定有过丝导轮右端盖5，在过丝导轮轴2上通过过丝导轮左端盖4固定有过丝导轮左固定座6，在过丝导轮轴2上通过过丝导轮右端盖5固定有过丝导轮右固定座7，在过丝导轮左固定座6与过丝导轮右固定座7上固定有挡丝环8，在过丝支架1的顶端部固定有联轴下半套9，在联轴下半套9上固定有联轴上半套10，所述过丝导轮轴2安装在联轴下半套9与联轴上半套10之间。
所述联轴下半套9对应的圆心角度数为120~180°。所述联轴上半套10对应的圆心角度数为120~180°。
使用时，如果需要调节过丝时丝线的松紧度，只需拧松联轴下半套9与联轴上半套10之间的紧固螺栓，使得过丝导轮轴2可以从联轴下半套9与联轴上半套10之间抽出，过丝支架1右侧的过丝导轮轴2的长度调节好以后，拧紧紧固螺栓，使得联轴下半套9与联轴上半套10连接一体即可。

其特征是：还包括过丝导轮左端盖（4）、过丝导轮右端盖（5）、过丝导轮左固定座（6）、过丝导轮右固定座（7）与挡丝环（8）；在过丝导轮（3）的左端面上固定有过丝导轮左端盖（4），在过丝导轮（3）的右端面上固定有过丝导轮右端盖（5），在过丝导轮轴（2）上通过过丝导轮左端盖（4）固定有过丝导轮左固定座（6），在过丝导轮轴（2）上通过过丝导轮右端盖（5）固定有过丝导轮右固定座（7），在过丝导轮左固定座（6）与过丝导轮右固定座（7）上固定有挡丝环（8），在过丝支架（1）的顶端部固定有联轴下半套（9），在联轴下半套（9）上固定有联轴上半套（10），所述过丝导轮轴（2）安装在联轴下半套（9）与联轴上半套（10）之间；
所述联轴下半套（9）对应的圆心角度数为120~180°；所述联轴上半套（10）对应的圆心角度数为120~180°。
