背景技术
容器可以被设计成许多不同的构造,例如球形、圆柱形、圆锥形和普通的壳形,以及棱柱形。棱柱形的主要优点是它们互相靠得很近,使得由此容器所占据的空间最小化。简单的棱柱容器是在结构方面效率很低的,因为它们取决于力运用/强度运用(mobilisation of strength)的弯曲动作/作用。壳形通过位于壳平面中的直接拉力/张力而提高了强度。这对于相同量的材料提供了更高的强度。
棱柱外形的更有效的设计是结合内撑(拉力梁)和框架,以吸收不平衡载荷。通过发展内撑作为限制由腹板框架所增大的内部载荷或者压力的主要装置/器件,以吸收不对称载荷分量(例如由于容器内容物的加速),这样的棱柱内撑容器在建筑效率方面可与壳外形相比。WO2006/001711 A2披露了此容器,且由此通过援引而被合并。
除了增强结构强度外,内撑和腹板框架抑制/减小了由波运动产生的晃动。由于晃动产生的拉力内撑和腹板框架的水平载荷被梁和腹板所吸收。
某些具有焊接连接的金属结构比基板金属具有更低的强度。这特别是适用于某些也适合低温应用的合金。承受其中间平面施加的载荷的腹板框架或者壁,在呈交叉框架或壁的形式的支撑件处承受峰值弯曲。一种更有效的设计是将焊接连接从支撑件处移走,并且尽可能靠近于应力较低的拐点。将此低应力焊接从高应力区域移走也是出于安全原因的需要。此低应力焊接可能导致甚至局部屈服,在过量高温应力或者其他偶然载荷的情况下,引起具有很小变形的过早的断裂。这在低温易燃货物的情况下特别关键。

本发明的目的的获得是通过热锻十字形金属元件并将它们在垂直堆叠中焊接在一起,以产生十字形面板。此十字形锻造可能是简单的板,或者可具有不同截面的加强件。以下内容构成本发明:
用在容器内部用于连接腹板框架或者壁的的十字形构造元件,该元件被锻造或者模制成一片,并包括交叉垂直腹板。
该十字形元件还可以包括加强件。该加强件可以包括水平板。
