在模具的调试过程中，由于模架的重量巨大，模架的移动往往费时费力。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、使用方便的大型模架用起模装置。
技术方案：为了实现以上目的，本发明所述的一种大型模架用起模装置
包括底座、轴承、支承轴、支撑座和螺栓；其中，所述底座上设有孔，所述支承轴上设有轴承，所述轴承可自由通过所述孔，所述轴承外套有支撑座，该支撑座设于所述底座上，所述螺栓设于所述支撑座上。
其中，为了使支撑座受力更均匀，优选地，在所述的螺栓和支撑座之间设有垫板。
有益效果：本发明提供的大型模架用起模装置结构简单，小巧灵活，
使用方便，在移动模架时省时、省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例，进一步阐明本发明。
如图1所示，本发明所述的大型模架用起模装置，包括底座1、轴承2、
支承轴3、支撑座4和螺栓5；其中，底座1上设有孔，支承轴3上设有轴承2，轴承2可自由通过底座1上设有的孔，轴承2上套有支撑座4，该支撑座4设于底座1上，支撑座4上设有垫板6，螺栓5设于垫板6上。
本发明在使用时，在大型模架的下模板四个角隅处，各安装一个本装置，将底座1置于角隅的下方，在移动模架时，拧紧螺栓5，会产生向下的轴向力，该轴向力通过垫板3、支撑座4以及支撑轴5使得轴承6向下运动，穿过底座1上设有的孔，使模架悬空，由于轴承6具有滚轮的作用，通过滚轮移动本装置，同时能够很方便地移动模架。

1.一种大型模架用起模装置，包括轴承、支承轴、支撑座和螺栓，所述支承轴上设有轴承，所述轴承外套有支撑座；其特征在于：它还包括底座，所述底座上设有孔，所述轴承可自由通过所述孔，所述支撑座设于所述底座上，所述螺栓设于所述支撑座上，在所述的螺栓和支撑座之间设有垫板。
