Abstract

本发明带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头涉及一种连发施夹钳的夹头,特别是涉及一种医用连发施夹钳的夹头,它属于医用连发施夹钳中的一个配套部件。具有夹头头部、夹头中部和夹头尾部;夹头头部两内侧均设置有导钉槽,夹头头部的一端设置有定位凸台,夹头头部的一端设置有定位凹槽,其中定位凹槽和同侧导钉槽相通在夹头闭合的同时定位凸台和定位凹槽会自动对位锁定,使夹头在受力的情况下不错位,同时使受力状态下的钛夹不会滑动;夹头中部设有弹性槽,夹头尾部设有若干个圆形安装定位孔,用于和其它零件装配。采用本发明能够保证能保证钛夹成型平整,从而保障钛夹对管状组织结扎的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头涉及一种连发施夹钳的夹头,特别是涉及一种医用连发施夹钳的夹头,它属于医用连发施夹钳中的一个配套部件。
背景技术
医用连发施夹钳是用于微创手术中连续打出钛夹闭合或结扎管状组织,如血管、胆管等。依靠夹头动作将钛夹闭合成型到管状组织上,从而达到手术目的。现有技术的连发施夹钳的夹头在闭合过程中没有定位装置,夹头闭合钛夹的过程时需要一个相当大的压力,故在闭合钛夹时夹头受到其他零件施加的压力后会在闭合方向产生错位,导致成型的钛夹错位。这种成型错位的钛夹会对组织产生一定的切割作用,其自身闭合的紧密性也没有保障,故容易导致钛夹滑脱或组织出血等并发症出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术不足,提供一种带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头,是一种能可靠成型出平整的钛夹的连发施夹钳夹头。 
 为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头具有夹头头部、夹头中部和夹头尾部;夹头头部两内侧均设置有导钉槽,夹头头部的一端设置有定位凸台,夹头头部的另一端设置有定位凹槽,其中定位凹槽和同侧导钉槽相通,在夹头闭合的同时定位凸台和定位凹槽会自动对位锁定,使夹头在受力的情况下不错位,同时使受力状态下的钛夹不会滑动;夹头中部设有弹性槽,夹头尾部设有若干个圆形安装定位孔,用于和其它零件装配。
 所述定位凸台与定位凹槽相配合。
所述带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头采用不锈钢材料。
本发明带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头设计合理,结构紧凑,带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头与连发施夹钳夹配套使用,连发施夹钳夹头在夹紧闭合的时候,定位凸台能自动对位到定位凹槽中,能保证钛夹成型平整,从而保障钛夹对管状组织结扎的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1及图2所示,连发钛夹钳钉仓组件,它主要由钛夹1、带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2、送钉片3、夹头推板4、钉仓盖板5、钉仓6、定位销7和套管8组成。其中钉仓盖板5和钉仓6 安装于套管8中,由定位销7连接。钛夹1和送钉片3安装钉仓6中。夹头2和夹头推板4安装在钉仓盖板5中。
结合图3及图5所示,本发明带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2具有夹头头部、夹头中部和夹头尾部;夹头头部两内侧均设置有导钉槽2-1,夹头头部的一端设置有定位凸台2-2,夹头头部的另一端设置定位凹槽2-3,其中定位凹槽2-3和同侧导钉槽2-1相通,在夹头闭合的同时定位凸台2-2和定位凹槽2-3会自动对位锁定,使夹头在受力的情况下不错位,同时使受力状态下的钛夹不会滑动;夹头中部设有弹性槽2-4,夹头尾部设有若干个圆形安装定位孔2-5。
所述的定位凸台2-2与定位凹槽2-3相配合。
所述的带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头采用不锈钢材料制成。
本发明的工作原理如下:推动送钉片3可将钛夹1从钉仓6中推出至定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2的导钉槽2-1中,此时定位凸台2-2可对钛夹1进行限位,防止其脱出定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2,退回送钉片4可使钉仓6中的第二只钛夹1置于被送出状态。推动夹头推板4可使定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2开口闭合,此时定位凸台2-2与定位凹槽2-3会对合,使闭合的定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2两脚保持平行状态,同时钛夹1闭合成型,退回夹头推板4可使定位凸台的施夹钳夹头2回弹复位,此时导钉槽2-1恢复到初始位置。

1.一种带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头,其特征在于:具有夹头头部、夹头中部和夹头尾部;夹头头部两内侧均设置有导钉槽,夹头头部的一端设置有定位凸台,夹头头部的一端设置有定位凹槽,其中定位凹槽和同侧导钉槽相通;夹头中部设有弹性槽,夹头尾部设有若干个圆形安装定位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头,其特征在于:所述定位凸台与定位凹槽相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头,其特征在于:所述带定位凸台的施夹钳夹头采用不锈钢材料制成。
