Abstract

本发明公开了一种心脏功能监测方法,该方法采用压力或震动传感器,在体表感应心脏跳动的过程,输出相应的电信号。该信号直接反映了心脏的跳动功能,用于分析心脏功能的健康和异常。本发明的心脏功能监测方法与传统心电监测方法的本质区别在于,传统心电图记录的是在每个心动周期中体表的生物电的变化,而采用本方法记录的是在每个心动周期中体表的压力或震动的变化。

一种心脏功能监测方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及心脏功能监测领域,具体涉及一种心脏功能监测的新方法,该方法与传统心电监测方法的本质区别在于,传统心电图记录的是在每个心动周期中体表的生物电的变化,而采用本方法记录的是在每个心动周期中体表的压力或震动的变化。 
【背景技术】
基于心电过程认知体系的心电图,发明于上个世纪初,长期以来,一直是心脏疾病检测中应用最广泛的仪器,为人类健康事业做出了重大贡献。 
心电图指的是心脏在每个心动周期中,由起搏点、心房、心室相继兴奋,伴随着的生物电的变化,通过心电描记器从体表引出多种形式的电位变化的图形。心电图代表整个心脏电激动的综合过程,以一个个心肌细胞的电激动为基础,心肌激动时细胞内发生电传变化。心电图被认为是心脏兴奋的发生、传播及恢复过程的客观指标。 
应用最广泛的是普通心电图及动态心电图。普通心电图应用范围如下:(1)对心律失常和传导障碍具有重要的诊断价值;(2)对心肌梗塞的诊断有很高的准确性,它不仅能确定有无心肌梗塞,而且还可确定梗塞的病变期部位范围以及演变过程;(3)对房室肌大、心肌炎、心肌病、冠状动脉供血不足和心包炎的诊断有较大的帮助;(4)能够帮助了解某些药物(如洋地黄、奎尼丁)和电解质紊乱对心肌的作用。 
动态心电图是长时间连续记录动态心脏活动的方法。它能充分反映受检查者在活动、睡眠状态下心脏出现的症状和变化,适用于检查一过性心律失常和心肌缺血,对心律失常能定性、定量诊断并能了解心脏储备能力。 
但是,心电图监测需要在患者身上粘贴多个电极,存在明显的缺点:(1)电极粘贴的位置比较严格,需要专门人员操作;(2)电极是一次性的,每次使用都需要更换电极;(3)电极内置电解液,电解液具有腐蚀性,如果长期使用,会使局部皮肤瘙痒、甚至溃烂;(4)影响患者的正常生活和工作。 
【发明内容】
本发明提出了一种全新的心脏功能监测方法,我们可以称之为心动监测方法。该方法采用压力或震动传感器感应心脏跳动在人体体表引起的振动,并将其转变为相应的电信号。该信号直接反映了心脏的跳动功能,能够用于分析心脏功能的健康和异常。 
事实上,在每个心动周期中体表的“生物电的变化”和“压力(或震动)的变化”相比,哪个更准确地反映心脏的功能,可能还需要进一步的研究。 
我们有理由相信,直接监测心脏的跳动过程,应该会更好,因为它更加直观地反映了心脏的功能。 
今天,现代医学还不能完美解释心脏的跳动和心脏的生物电之间的因果关系,就像现代科学还不能回答先有鸡还是先有蛋的问题。 
但是,至少,在每个心动周期中体表的压力(或震动)变化能够反映心脏的功能。同时,由于获取体表的压力(或震动)的变化比获取体表的生物电的变化,在技术上可以有更多的选择,比如采用压电薄膜、压电陶瓷、MEMS等不同的传感材料或器件,使得采用本发明方法的心脏功能监测仪器具有更好的易用性,可以克服心电图的不足。 
以采用压电薄膜材料的传感器为例,基于本发明方法的心脏功能监测仪器的有益效果是: 
(1)传感器粘贴的位置容易确定,不需要专门人员操作;(2)传感器直接接触人体即可,不需要额外的电极;(3)传感器可以重复并长期使用,对身体和皮肤没有副作用;(4)不影响使用者的正常生活和工作;(5)可以长期连续监测,这样有助于心脏疾病的更早期发现和心脏病患者心脏功能危险预警;(6)为心脏功能的研究提供一种新的手段,不仅能够在一定程度上取代心电图,而且能够发展一些新的心脏功能监测的用途。 
基于本发明方法的心脏功能监测仪器,通常只需采用一个传感器,使用非常简单,只需要将这个传感器粘贴在人体体表(通常在胸前)即可。 
【具体实施方式和附图说明】 
本申请的特征及优点将通过基于本发明方法的心脏功能监测仪器实施例,结合附图进行说明。 
图1是基于本发明方法的心脏功能监测仪器的示意图,包括采用高分子压电材料制成的心脏功能传感器和主机。将心脏功能传感器粘贴在胸前 (心脏跳动明显的部位),心脏功能传感器感应心脏跳动引起的振动,输出相应的电信号,由主机进行处理,得到心脏跳动信号。该监测仪能够进行连续记录,并进行心脏功能分析,对异常情况可以给出报警。 
图2是采用图1所示的实施方式所得到的一个心脏跳动信号示例,该信号能够应用于心脏功能健康分析。

1.一种心脏功能监测方法,该方法直接监测心脏的跳动过程。
2.如权利要求1所述的心脏功能监测方法,其特征在于:采用压力或震动传感器感应心脏跳动在人体体表引起的振动,并将其转变为相应的电信号。
3.如权利要求1所述的心脏功能监测方法,其特征在于:压力或震动传感器可以采用任何能够在体表感应心脏跳动过程的压力或震动传感器,包括压电薄膜传感器、压电陶瓷传感器和MEMS传感器等。
4.如权利要求2所述的心脏功能监测方法,其特征在于:所述电信号反映了心脏跳动的功能,能够用于心脏功能健康分析。
