[0001] 本发明涉及一种平板音响扬声器,尤其是一种以树脂基复合材料为基体的平板音响扬声器及采用此类扬声器制造的微小型、便携平板音响系统。
背景技术
[0002] 传统音响通常采用音圈驱动纸盆产生活塞振动,通过空气传播发出声音。为了保证声音的最佳效果,需要由高音、中音和低音扬声器等多个部件共同组成,整套系统体积较大,布置要求严格。平板音响扬声器是一种新型的电声转换技术,利用板材的弯曲振动来产生音效,但是现有的平板扬声器都采用硬质板料作为发声基体,其缺点是:(I)硬质材料低音效果较差;(2)扬声器的结构优化设计复杂;(3)整套音响系统造价高。
[0003] 为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种低音效果好、失真小、成本低、体积小、 适于批量制造的平板音响扬声器。
[0004] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:平板音响扬声器主要包括具有特定结构的上层表皮、基体层、下层表皮;其中,基体包含若干数目的空腔,形成基体薄膜单元;基体薄膜单元在驱动音圈作用下,产生纵向弯曲运动并通过空气产生声波。

[0007] 平板音响扬声器制造工艺主要包含:(I)基体3制备。基体材料可以是高分子树月旨,最好是树脂基的复合材料;(2)基体空腔6形成。可通过各类模压或注塑成型制造基体空腔单兀;(3)表皮与基体的粘结。(4)基体薄I旲单兀厚度减薄。为了提闻振动幅度及扬声器电声转换效率,基体薄膜单元的整体厚度需要减薄。本发明采用化学机械抛光工艺精确、有效控制厚度,形成最终的扬声器薄膜;(5)空腔封装。为了防止声波双向传播及提高电声转换效率,后盖5被粘结到基体上,形成封闭的扬声器背面空腔。

1. 一种平板音响扬声器,主要包括具有特定结构的上层表皮、基体层、下层表皮;其中,基体包含若干数目的空腔,形成基体薄膜单元;基体薄膜单元在驱动音圈作用下,产生纵向弯曲运动并通过空气产生声波。
2.如权利要求I所述的平板音响扬声器,其特征在于:基体层是一体化的结构,由整体树脂基复合材料薄膜形成。
3.如权利要求1、2所述的平板音响扬声器制造工艺为,本发明采用化学机械抛光工艺精确、有效控制厚度,形成最终的扬声器薄I吴;提闻振动幅度及扬声器电声转换效率,基体薄膜单元的整体厚度需要减薄。
