Abstract

一种硬盘连接装置,包括连接板、电路单元、硬盘接口、电源接口以及信号线。硬盘接口被固定在连接板的一侧,用于连接计算机设备的硬盘。电源接口被固定在连接板的另一侧,与计算机设备的电源连接,并通过电路单元输出电源至硬盘接口,以对硬盘接口所连接的硬盘进行供电。信号线的一端连接至硬盘接口,另一端连接至计算机设备的主板或主机总线适配卡,以实现硬盘数据的传输。本发明的硬盘连接装置使用的材料少,设计简单,研发周期短,可降低材料成本以及人力成本。

硬盘连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘连接装置。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,计算机系统对硬盘容量的需求越来越大。目前,许多的存储系统都使用多个硬盘来满足高存储容量的需求,在使用多个硬盘的存储系统中,例如,服务器,会设计一块硬盘背板为多硬盘存储系统提供支持。所述硬盘背板研发设计成本很高,且需要使用较多的材料,有违绿色环保的设计理念。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种硬盘连接装置。该硬盘连接装置包括连接板、电路单元、硬盘接口、电源接口以及信号线。硬盘接口被固定在连接板的一侧,用于连接计算机设备的硬盘。电源接口被固定在连接板的另一侧,与计算机设备的电源连接,并通过电路单元输出电源至硬盘接口,以对硬盘接口所连接的硬盘进行供电。信号线的一端连接至硬盘接口,另一端连接至计算机设备的主板或主机总线适配卡,以实现硬盘数据的传输。
相较于现有技术,所述硬盘连接装置可实现硬盘与计算机设备的主板或主机总线适配卡之间的连接,使用的材料少,成本低,可减少日后电子元件对环境的污染。同时,该硬盘连接装置设计简单,研发周期短,可降低人力成本。该硬盘连接装置不但可很好的应用于单一硬盘的计算机设备。同时,使用多个硬盘连接装置也可满足计算机设备对多个硬盘的需求,从而可替代高成本的硬盘背板。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,是本发明较佳实施例中硬盘与计算机设备的主板间的连接示意图。该硬盘200通过硬盘连接装置100与计算机设备的主板300连接。在其它实施例中,该硬盘200也可通过该硬盘连接装置100与计算机设备中的HBA卡(Host Bus Adapter,主机总线适配卡)连接。
如图2所示,是本发明硬盘连接装置100较佳实施例的结构示意图。该硬盘连接装置100包括连接板1、多个固定单元2、电路单元3、硬盘接口4、电源接口5、信号线6以及信号线接头7。
所述多个固定单元2用于将连接板1固定在计算机设备的机箱上。本实施例中,所述硬盘连接装置100包括两个分别位于所述连接板1的上端以及下端的固定单元2,用于将该连接板1固定在计算机设备的机箱上,以方便对硬盘200的插拔操作。
所述硬盘接口4被固定在连接板1的一侧,用于连接计算机设备的硬盘200。具体地,该硬盘接口4为,但不限于,一个可支持SAS(Serial Attached SCSI,串行连接SCSI接口)硬盘以及SATA(Serial Advanced Technology Attachment,串行高速连接技术)硬盘的SAS接口。
所述电源接口5被固定在连接板1的另一侧,与计算机设备的电源连接,并通过所述电路单元3输出电源至硬盘接口4,以对硬盘接口4所连接的硬盘200进行供电。
所述电路单元3至少包括一个具滤波功能的电容和一个具电流侦测功能的电阻等电路元件。在本实施例中,该电路单元3被封装在一个外壳里面,且该外壳被固定在连接板1上,从而可减少在对硬盘200进行插拔的过程中对该电路单元3所造成的损害,同时也可降低短路的风险。
所述信号线6的一端连接至硬盘接口4,另一端连接至计算机设备的主板300或HBA卡。在本实施例中,该信号线6通过与所述主板300或HBA卡匹配的信号线接头7连接至该主板300或HBA卡,以实现硬盘200与该主板300以及HBA卡之间的数据传输。
综上所述,本发明的硬盘连接装置100所使用的材料少,可很好的应用于单一硬盘200的计算机设备。同时,使用多个硬盘连接装置100也可满足计算机设备对多个硬盘200的需求,从而可替代高成本的硬盘背板。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种硬盘连接装置,其特征在于,该硬盘连接装置包括连接板、电路单元、硬盘接口、电源接口以及信号线,其中:
硬盘接口被固定在连接板的一侧,用于连接计算机设备的硬盘;
电源接口被固定在连接板的另一侧,与计算机设备的电源连接,并通过电路单元输出电源至硬盘接口,以对硬盘接口所连接的硬盘进行供电;
信号线的一端连接至硬盘接口,另一端连接至计算机设备的主板或主机总线适配卡,以实现硬盘数据的传输。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘连接装置,其特征在于,所述电路单元至少包括一个具滤波功能的电容和一个具电流侦测功能的电阻,该电路单元被封装在一个外壳里面,且该外壳被固定在所述连接板上。
3.如权利要求1所述的硬盘连接装置,其特征在于,所述硬盘接口为一个支持SAS硬盘以及SATA硬盘的SAS接口。
4.如权利要求1所述的硬盘连接装置,其特征在于,所述硬盘连接装置还包括两个分别位于所述连接板的上端以及下端的固定单元,用于将该连接板固定在计算机设备的机箱上。
5.如权利要求1所述的硬盘连接装置,其特征在于,该硬盘连接装置还包括一个与所述主板或主机总线适配卡匹配的信号线接头,所述信号线通过该信号线接头连接至该主板或主机总线适配卡。
