一、技术领域

二、背景技术
红蜘蛛,又名棉红蜘蛛,俗称大蜘蛛、大龙、砂龙等,学名叶螨,我国的种类以朱砂叶螨为主,属蛛形纲、蜱螨目、叶螨科。分布广泛,食性杂,可危害110多种植物。下面以棉花红蜘蛛为例,描述红蜘蛛的危害特点、形态特征、发生规律等。
为害棉花的叶螨有朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus),二斑叶螨(Teranychus urticae),截形叶螨(Tetranychus truncates)等,朱砂叶螨即为我们通常所说的红蜘蛛,全国各棉区均有发生,常与其他叶螨混合发生为害。
危害特点:成、若螨聚集在棉叶背面刺吸棉叶汁液,叶片正面出现黄白色斑点,后来出现红褐色斑块,为害严重的,红色区域扩大,致棉叶卷曲脱落,棉铃明显减少,发育不良。
形态特征:雌成螨椭圆形,体色常随寄主而异,多为锈红色至深红色,体背两侧各有1对黑斑,肤纹突三角形至半圆形。雄成螨前端近圆形,腹部稍尖,体色较雌淡。卵球形,淡黄色,孵化前微红。幼螨3对足。若螨4对足,与成螨形似。
发生规律:每年生10-20代,在华北以雌成螨在杂草,枯枝落叶及土缝中越冬;在华中以各种虫态在杂草及树皮缝中越冬。翌日气温达10℃以上时即开始大量繁殖。3-4月先在杂草或其他寄主上取食,5月中旬迁入花生田为害,到6月上旬至8月中旬进入发生为害盛期。
噻虫啉是新型氯代烟碱类化合物,作用于昆虫的烟酸乙酰胆碱受体,具有较强的触杀、胃毒和内吸作用,是防治刺吸式和咀嚼式口器害虫的高效药剂之一。噻虫啉原药于上世纪90年代由日本拜耳农化公司和德国拜耳农化公司合作开发。噻虫啉是一种新的对刺吸口器害虫有高效的广谱杀虫剂,田间试验表明,噻虫啉对梨果类水果、棉花、蔬菜和马铃薯上的重要害虫有优异的防效.除对蚜虫和粉虱有效外,它对各种甲虫(如马铃薯甲虫、苹花象甲、稻象甲)和鳞翅目害虫如苹果树上的潜叶蛾和苹果蠹蛾也有效,并且对相应的所有作物都适用.
噻虫啉的作用机理与其它传统杀虫剂有所不同,它主要作用于昆虫神经接合后膜,通过与烟碱乙酰胆碱受体结合,干扰昆虫神经系统正常传导,引起神经通道的阻塞,造成乙酰胆碱的大量积累,从而使昆虫异常兴奋,全身痉挛、麻痹而死。具有较强的内吸、触杀和胃毒作用,与常规杀虫剂如拟除虫菊酯类、有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类没有交互抗性,因而可用于抗性治理,是防治刺吸式和咀嚼式口器害虫的高效药剂之一。
经过查阅文献后发现,目前国内主要用噻虫啉来防治以蚜虫和粉虱为代表的同翅目害虫和以天牛为代表的鞘翅目害虫,但还未发现有用噻虫啉来防治红蜘蛛的报道,但笔者在大田试验的过程中发现,噻虫啉对红蜘蛛有良好的防治效果,速效性相当突出,一般在施药后24小时内防治效果即可以达到85%以上。
三、发明内容
在大量的室内和田间试验的基础上,开发出了以噻虫啉为主要成分,再辅助高效分散剂和润湿剂,加工成可湿性粉剂用于红蜘蛛的防治。
配方组成为:噻虫啉5-12%、净洗剂LS 6-7%、可湿性粉剂专用助剂2-4%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠2-4%、白炭黑2-3%、高岭土补足至100%(百分比均为重量比)。
防治红蜘蛛,亩用药量1.5-2克(折算成100%噻虫啉含量)。

五、具体实施方式
1、室内毒力测定,以测定噻虫啉对红蜘蛛的室内毒力;
2、田间试验,确定噻虫啉的亩用药量;
3、筛选分散剂和润湿剂以及填料等,调试配方;
4、车间中试后,进行大面积的示范推广;
5、产品推出市场。

Claims (5)

1.一种含有噻虫啉的红蜘蛛专用配方以第二代新烟碱类农药噻虫啉为主要成分,辅以高效分散剂、润湿剂等将其加工成含量为5-12%的可湿性粉剂,用于棉花、果树、蔬菜、玉米、小麦、大豆等红蜘蛛的防治。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻虫啉的红蜘蛛专用配方,其特征在于噻虫啉的含量为5-12%(重量比)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻虫啉的红蜘蛛专用配方,其特征在于剂型为可湿性粉剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻虫啉的红蜘蛛专用配方,其特征在于配方组成为:噻虫啉5-12%、分散剂净洗剂LS 6-7%、可湿性粉剂专用助剂2-4%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠2-4%、白炭黑2-3%、高岭土补足至100%(百分比均为重量比)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻虫啉的红蜘蛛专用配方,其特征在于防治红蜘蛛亩用药量1.5-2克(折算成100%噻虫啉含量)。
