一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,涉及蓄电池。目前,在蓄电池生产化成阶段中,在充电完成后需要进行静止,一般的静止方式有:1、采用在排气阀口安放中转防护帽,但是单个中转防护帽安放操作不便、效率低,裸露放置时,粉尘通过排气阀口进入蓄电池,致使蓄电池内部污染;2、采用裸露放置,但是蓄电池内部电解液易挥发,导致蓄电池缺酸,长时间静止时更可能致使蓄电池容量降低,导致蓄电池使用寿命锐减。一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,其特征在于图2一体式中转防护帽为一体式连接结构,将六个图1蓄电池胶帽外形图中样式的1塑料(或PP)材质的防护帽通过2塑料(或PP)材质的连接条连接成一体。本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,具有操作过程简单、效率高、防腐蚀的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池,更具体的为一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽。
背景技术
目前,在蓄电池生产化成阶段中,在充电完成后需要进行静止,一般的静止方式有:1、采用在排气阀口安放中转防护帽,但是单个中转防护帽安放操作不便、效率低,裸露放置时,粉尘通过排气阀口进入蓄电池,致使蓄电池内部污染;2、采用裸露放置,但是蓄电池内部电解液易挥发,导致蓄电池缺酸,长时间静止时更可能致使蓄电池容量降低,导致蓄电池使用寿命锐减。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,具有操作过程简单、效率高、防腐蚀的特点。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,其特征在于图2一体式中转防护帽为一体式连接结构,将六个图1蓄电池胶帽外形图中样式的1塑料(或PP)材质的防护帽通过2塑料(或PP)材质的连接条连接成一体。操作时将图2一体式中转防护帽的开口向下,仿造图3一体式中转防护帽安装示意图操作,把1塑料(或PP)材质的防护帽从4蓄电池盖的3排气阀处塞紧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,具有操作过程简单、效率高、防腐蚀的优点。

操作时将图2一体式中转防护帽的开口向下,仿造图3一体式中转防护帽安装示意图操作,把图1蓄电池胶帽外形图中样式的1塑料(或PP)材质的防护帽从4蓄电池盖的3排气阀处塞紧。

1.一种蓄电池充电静止用一体式中转防护帽,其特征在于一体式中转防护帽为一体式连接结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体式中转防护帽是将塑料(或PP)材质的防护帽通过塑料(或PP)材质的连接条连接成一体。
