Abstract
本发明公开了一种检测方法，特别是涉及一种地下电缆管道的检测方法，按照如下步骤检测：a：将检测装置通过竖井置于被测试的电缆管道内，b：所述检测装置的两端均固定有绳索，所述绳索与固定端相对应的那端分别设置在相应的所述竖井内，c：拉动所述绳索，使所述电缆管道内的所述检测装置运动进行电缆管道堵塞检测；本发明解决了现有技术中对地下电缆管道检测不规范的问题，提供一种简单易行、检测可靠的地下电缆管道的检测方法；本发明具有对地下电缆管道检验可靠，成本低廉，易于广泛推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种检测方法，特别是涉及一种地下电缆管道的检测方法。
背景技术
现在各种电缆，包括电力供电电缆、通信电缆等其它电缆线，在城市采用地下敷设为主，现在常用的是直径15厘米或直径20厘米的水泥管预埋在地下，同时设置20—30条管路，以备各种电缆穿在电缆管道中，在预埋地下电缆管道时，每节电缆管道（4米长）接口处喇叭口要用水泥固定，由于各种原因，比如：地面沉降、重型车辆碾压等，经常会造成电缆管道受力不均匀而使得电缆管道口容易错位或电缆管道局部破裂，造成电缆管道堵塞。
现在电缆管道检查、验收，一般采用观察法检测，由于电缆管两端的竖井间距50—70米，很难观察清电缆管道内的情况，浪费时间，并且检测不到位。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种简单易行、检测可靠的地下电缆管道检测方法。
本发明的一种地下电缆管道检测方法，按照如下步骤完成。
a：将检测装置通过竖井置于被测试的电缆管道内。
b：所述检测装置的两端均固定有绳索，所述绳索与固定端相对应的那端分别设置在相应的所述竖井内。
c：拉动所述绳索，使所述电缆管道内的所述检测装置运动进行电缆管道堵塞检测。
进一步的，所述步骤a中的所述检测装置为圆柱体。
进一步的，所述步骤a中的所述检测装置轴线长度为300mm—600 mm。
进一步的，所述绳索的长度应大于所述竖井与竖井之间的距离。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为：由于在被测试的电缆管道内设有检测装置，检测人员在竖井内拉动绳索，使电缆管道内的检测装置运动进行电缆管道堵塞检测，这样，对地下电缆管道检验可靠，成本低廉，易于广泛推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1和图2，一种地下电缆管道检测方法，按照如下步骤完成。
a：将检测装置3通过第一竖井1置于被测试的电缆管道3内，所测试的电缆管道3内径15厘米，检测装置4选用轴线长度为300mm—600 mm、外径为125 mm的圆柱体钢管。
b：所述检测装置4的两端固定有第一绳索5和第二绳索6，第一绳索5与固定端相对应的那端设置在第一竖井1内，第二绳索6与固定端相对应的那端设置在第二竖井2内，第一绳索5和第二绳索6的长度均大于第一竖井1与第二竖井2之间的距离。
c：在第二竖井2拉第二绳索6，使电缆管道3内的检测装置4运动，如果检测装置4可顺利拉出到第二竖井2内，则测试合格，把第二绳索6解开，检测装置4放置在电缆管道3中，用于后续电缆的敷设，如果检测装置4中途受阻，不能通过第二竖井2内，则测试不合格，利用第一绳索6顺原路拉回至第一竖井1内。
综合上述本发明实施例由于在被测试的电缆管道3内设有检测装置4，检测人员在第一竖井1或第二竖井2内拉动第一绳索5或第二绳索6，使电缆管道3内的检测装置4运动进行电缆管道3堵塞检测，这样，对地下电缆管道3检验可靠，成本低廉，易于广泛推广。
从以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和变型，这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种地下电缆管道检测方法，其特征在于：按照如下步骤检测：
a：将检测装置通过竖井置于被测试的电缆管道内；
b：所述检测装置的两端均固定有绳索，所述绳索与固定端相对应的那端分别设置在相应的所述竖井内；
c：拉动所述绳索，使所述电缆管道内的所述检测装置运动进行电缆管道堵塞检测。
2.如权利要求1所述的地下电缆管道检测方法，其特征在于：所述步骤a中的所述检测装置为圆柱体。
3.如权利要求1所述的地下电缆管道检测方法，其特征在于：所述步骤a中的所述检测装置轴线长度为300mm—600 mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的地下电缆管道检测方法，其特征在于：所述绳索的长度应大于所述竖井与竖井之间的距离。
