Abstract

本发明公开了一种制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂,该助熔剂组合物按照重量份数计,其含有10-25份的NaF、5-50份的KPF6、40-70份的SrCl2,将LED用黄色荧光粉原料与助熔剂混合均匀,还原气氛下高温烧结即可制得LED用黄色荧光粉,所得的LED用黄色荧光粉既提高了初始亮度,又提高了粉体颗粒粒度分布,使粒度分布变窄。

一种制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂
技术领域
本发明属于LED荧光粉技术领域,涉及制备LED荧光粉的助熔剂,具体涉及一种制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂。
背景技术
随着黄光LED的迅速发展,对荧光粉的要求也越来越高,要求荧光粉具有更高的亮度和优良的使用性能。除了原材料的纯度以及灼烧工艺等条件对荧光粉的亮度和使用性能有影响外,助熔剂的选择对荧光粉的亮度和使用性能也有很大的影晌。助熔剂的作用是:用于降低灼烧温度及提高结晶度。现在的助熔剂通常为碱金属或碱土金属等的碳酸盐、氟化物、氯化物,硼酸及硼酸盐,降低烧结温度可以利于后处理,也提高了荧光粉的光学性能如光衰。
发明内容
为了降低LED用黄色荧光粉的灼烧温度及提高其结晶度,本发明提供了一种新的制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂组合物。
所述的制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂组合物按照重量份数计,其含有10-25份的NaF、5-50份的KPF6、40-70份的SrCl2
所述的助熔剂组合物使用量占LED用黄色荧光粉原料重量的3%-20%。
在制备LED用黄色荧光粉时通过加入上述助熔剂组合物,所得的LED用黄色荧光粉既提高了初始亮度,又提高了粉体颗粒粒度分布,使粒度分布变窄,本发明原料来源广泛,工艺简单,周期短,无污染,成本低,适合于工业化大生产。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明的制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的3%,分别各称取0.8克、3.3克、1.9克,共计6克。混料均匀后在1350oC,还原气氛下烧结4小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例2
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的5%,分别各称取1.8克、6.7克、1.5克,共计10克。混料均匀后在1500oC,还原气氛下烧结5小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例3
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的8%,分别各称取3.8克、10克、2.2克,共计16克。混料均匀后在1380oC,还原气氛下烧结3小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例4
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的10%,分别各称取2.6克、9克、8.4克,共计20克。混料均匀后在1280oC,还原气氛下烧结3小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例5
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的10%,分别各称取3.5克、14克、2.5克,共计20克。混料均匀后在1350oC,还原气氛下烧结2.5小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例6
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的13%,分别各称取3.2克、14.5克、8.3克,共计26克。混料均匀后在1380oC,还原气氛下烧结3小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例7
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的16%,分别各称取6.4克、14克、11.6克,共计32克。混料均匀后在1350oC,还原气氛下烧结3小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
实施例8
称取LED用黄色荧光粉原料总混料200克,助熔剂为NaF、SrCl2、KPF6的混合物,用量为总混料的20%,分别各称取8克、26克、6克,共计40克。混料均匀后在1450oC,还原气氛下烧结4小时,后处理完成后,即得LED用黄色荧光粉产品。
使用LS-POP(6)激光粒度分析仪(珠海欧美克科技有限公司)测试样品包膜前后的粒径D10、D50、D90,用QP600-1-SR光谱分析仪分析对照包膜前后的荧光粉颗粒的光致发光强度,用KYKY-2800型扫描电子显微镜分析包膜前后的荧光粉颗粒。
使用本发明所述助熔剂前后LED用黄色荧光粉颗粒粒径的变化:
所得的LED用黄色荧光粉既提高了初始亮度,又提高了粉体颗粒粒度分布,使粒度分布变窄。

1.一种制备LED用黄色荧光粉的助熔剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数计,其含有10-25份的NaF、5-50份的KPF6、40-70份的SrCl2
2.根据权利要求1所述的助熔剂,其特征在于:所述的助熔剂使用量占LED用黄色荧光粉原料重量的3%-20%。
