The client according to claim 7, wherein the image viewer includes a second inter-process communication unit, a control unit, a downloading unit, and a picture browsing unit, the second inter-process communication unit is configured to receive the network album information and the network picture information sent by the first inter-process communication unit, the control unit is configured to determine that the picture requested to be viewed is a local picture or a network picture, the downloading unit is configured to download the network picture, and the picture browsing unit processes the downloaded picture to generate a picture layer and displays the picture according to the generated picture layer.

The client according to claim 8, further comprising a picture caching unit, wherein the picture caching unit is configured to store a picture browsed by a user, and when the control unit is further configured to determine that the picture requested to be viewed is in the picture caching unit, the picture browsing unit obtains the picture from the picture caching unit, processes the obtained picture to generate a layer, and displays the picture according to the generated layer.
10. The client according to claim 9, further comprising a thumbnail database for storing thumbnails of pictures browsed by a user; when the control unit judges that the picture requested to be viewed is a thumbnail and is in the thumbnail database, the picture browsing unit acquires the thumbnail of the picture requested to be viewed from the thumbnail database, processes the thumbnail to generate a layer, and displays the picture according to the generated layer; after the control unit judges that the picture requested to be viewed is a thumbnail and is not in the thumbnail database, the control unit is further used for processing the thumbnail of the local picture by the picture browsing unit to generate a layer when the picture requested to be viewed is judged to be the local picture thumbnail; and the control unit further judges that the picture requested to be viewed is a network picture thumbnail, the picture browsing unit downloads the network picture thumbnail and processes the downloaded network picture thumbnail to generate a picture layer.
