本发明涉及一种改进的圆柱销钉，属机械标准件领域。包括圆柱销钉，在圆柱销钉的侧面开有一条平缝，在圆柱销钉的两个底面加工有螺丝孔。由于采用了上述技术方案，通过在传统圆柱销钉圆柱面开有的平缝，能使装配时盲孔中的气体顺利过平缝排出，而且由于平缝足够小基本不影响圆柱销钉的强度。圆柱销钉拆卸时，通过拔头拧入底面的螺丝孔将圆柱销钉从盲孔中顺利拆除。本发明的有益效果是，结构简单，制作容易，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进的圆柱销钉，属机械标准件领域。
背景技术
由于传统圆柱销钉和孔采用过渡配合，在一些表面精度和尺寸精度高的零件配合中，传统圆柱销钉与孔配合较紧，造成装配圆柱销钉时盲孔中的原有空气无法排除，圆柱销钉难以装配进去。
发明内容
为解决传统圆柱销钉存在的上述问题，本发明提供一种改进的圆柱销钉。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种改进的圆柱销钉，包括圆柱销钉，在圆柱销钉的侧面开有一条平缝，在圆柱销钉的两个底面加工有螺丝孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案，通过在传统圆柱销钉圆柱面开有的平缝，能使装配时盲孔中的气体顺利过平缝排出，而且由于平缝足够小基本不影响圆柱销钉的强度。圆柱销钉拆卸时，通过拔头拧入底面的螺丝孔将圆柱销钉从盲孔中顺利拆除。
本发明的有益效果是，结构简单，制作容易，使用方便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种改进的圆柱销钉，包括圆柱销钉2，在圆柱销钉2的侧面开有一条平缝3，在圆柱销钉2的两个底面加工有螺丝孔1。平缝3应开的足够小以不影响圆柱销钉的强度为准，本实施例平缝3的深度为0.2~0.5mm。

1.一种改进的圆柱销钉，包括圆柱销钉（2），其特征是，在圆柱销钉（2）的侧面开有一条平缝（3），在圆柱销钉（2）的两个底面加工有螺丝孔（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的圆柱销钉，其特征是，平缝（3）的深度为0.2~0.5mm。
