Using method: by polyethers or polyester and catalyst aid, water mixing and stirring, then 3 parts of methyl-formiate whipping agents mix with above-mentioned materials in 40 ℃ add above-mentioned (1) below, make combined polyether.For reducing foamable reaction, produce CO
2, reducing thermal conductivity, can select to reduce water-content in formula, it is low that this frothing foam has thermal conductivity, and foaming good fluidity, foamy body is high, base material bounding force strong, molding density is low, material environment friendly is energy-conservation.
At the present embodiment, can also add and also comprise R-134a 5-6 part.Its effect is to reduce Buddhist point cost.

Whipping agent for thermal-insulating polyurethane plastics, comprises 365mfc, methyl-formiate.
Ratio of weight and number is:
3~40 parts of methyl-formiates; 0.1~5 part of 365mfc.

Using method: first 40 parts of methyl-formiates are mixed in proportion and make mixed foaming agent with 3 parts of 365mfc (HFC-227ea), by 45 parts of polyethers or polyester and 5 parts of catalyst aids, 3 parts of mixing and stirring of water, at 30 ℃, add respectively below above-mentioned mixed foaming agent to mix with it again, make combined polyether.For reducing foamable reaction, produce CO

In an embodiment, can be also that the mixture of 365mfc and HFC-227ea replaces 365mfc, its ratio of weight and number is:
