Abstract

Description

容易被清洁的插接连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分限定的所谓的推拉式的插接连接器。 
背景技术
在已知的通用类型的插接连接器中(例如见DE102005057444B3),使用了所谓的推拉式锁定系统。由于插接连接器可以简单地通过推动而将插头构件和插座构件联接在一起,这样通常令人满意地完成其功能。在插入状态下,牵拉电缆不会使得插接连接器在该情况下被无意地断开。仅当松开推拉锁定系统时,插接连接器的这种断开才在有准备的情况下发生。 
然而,已知的通用类型的插接连接器的被证明为缺点的地方是,它们在未插入状态下可能被弄脏或者各种异物可能进入未连接的插接连接器中,这意味着将不能够再插入或者连接。通常的锁定套筒使得不可能在不进行辅助措施的情况下快速地清洁,这意味着这样的插接连接器不适合户外使用。当现有的连接器系统被弄脏时,需要花费时间和金钱通过辅助措施来清洁它们,当接点的直径小时,它们甚至会无法使用或者有缺陷。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,为了克服上述缺点以如下方式设计插接连接器:在设计简单的同时,还能够使得接点容易被清洁。 
根据本发明,该目的通过具有权利要求1中规定的特征的插 接连接器来实现。 
在其他权利要求中说明了插接连接器的有利的实施方式。 
本发明基于的思想不仅是将锁定套筒在弹性壳体上可移位地配置,而且做出弹性壳体本身可在插头构件上移位的构造,因此以如下方式来做:使得弹性壳体能够朝电缆端向后移动至足够远的清洁位置,使得插头构件的插接端能够随意地触及。 
由此以极其简单的方式实现了,设置于插头构件的插接端的接点、特别是弹簧针接点(POGO pin contact)容易为了清洁目的而被触及,这是因为,为此目的弹性壳体能够向后移动到足够远的期望的清洁位置,使得插头构件的插接端能够随意地触及(freely accessible)。 
如果弹性壳体能够逆着由弹簧施加的力向后移动,将是有利的。弹簧有效地配置于插头构件,并且优选地,支撑在弹性壳体与围绕插头构件的应变释放套筒之间。 
为了驱动弹性壳体,可以使用锁定套筒,弹性壳体因此可 借助于锁定套筒移位至清洁位置。 
为此目的,在特别的实施方式中,锁定套筒可以在电缆端具有沿轴向开槽的弹性片,当锁定套筒向后移动时,该弹性片抵接弹性壳体上的止档并且使弹性壳体移位,例如抵接诸如螺纹连接到弹性壳体上的螺母等并且使弹性壳体移位。

具体实施方式
从附图中、特别是从图1中可以看到,配备有弹簧针插座接点(POGO pin socket contact)的插座构件1待联接到局部配备有弹簧针接点(POGO pin socket)(未示出)的插头构件2。 
插头构件2具有可在弹性壳体4上沿轴向移位的锁定套筒3。继而,弹性壳体4以围绕插头构件2装配的方式配置于插头构件2。 
弹性壳体4在其插接端沿轴向开槽,从而在弹性壳体4的插接端附近形成弹性舌键5,当插接连接器处于联接状态时,即,当插座构件1联接到插头构件2时(见图2),该弹性舌键5围绕插座构件1的周面弹性地装配。 
紧邻着锁定套筒3的波纹状的夹持部,锁定套筒3在其电缆端具有沿轴向开槽的弹性片6,当插头构件2处于分开位置时,即,当锁定套筒3处于图1示出的向右移位的位置时,该弹性片6与螺母7抵接,所述螺母7螺纹连接到弹性壳体4的电缆端。 
从图1中还可以看到,插头构件2的电缆端被固定于应变释放套筒8,紧邻着该应变释放套筒8的是同样用于提供应变释放的夹紧螺母9和螺纹连接到夹紧螺母9的反扭结套筒(anti-kink sleeve)10。 
为了将插接连接器切换到图2示出的联接状态,以如下方式使插座构件1进入由弹性壳体4的弹性舌键5形成的接收空间11:使得插座构件1通过安装于端面的密封垫(sealing pad)12抵接插头构件2的插接端面,从而插头构件2的弹簧针接点与密封体1的弹簧插座接点接合。同样,弹性壳体4的弹性舌键5以如下方式围绕插座构件1的周面装配:弹性舌键5通过它们的前端部与插座构件1的具有凹形构造的环形槽13接合。 
然后,锁定套筒3从图1示出的非工作位置向前方移位,即向图2中的左方移位,在与插座构件1上的具有适当构造的环形肩台抵接之前,锁定套筒3一直向前方移位,在所述非工作位置,锁定套筒3被向右移动到与螺母7抵接的位置,并且通过设置于锁定套筒3的弹性片6的内侧的内肩台14与设置于弹性壳体4的环形槽15接合。 
从图2中可以清楚地看到,在该位置,锁定套筒3同样通过设置于弹性片6的内侧的内肩台14与弹性壳体4中的另一环形槽16接合,因此使得锁定套筒3通过该方式以适当的方式被锁定。在该位置,锁定套筒3沿径向压紧弹性壳体4的弹性舌键5,插座构件1因此被不可移位地联接到插头构件2。 
为了将插座构件1与插头构件2分开,因此向图2中的右方移 动锁定套筒3,直到锁定套筒3的弹性片6与弹性壳体4上的螺母7抵接,并且通过它们的内肩台14锁扣于后部的环形槽15。以这种方式,弹性壳体4的弹性舌键5在径向上再次松开,插座构件1因此可以从插头构件2中退出。 
为了使得插头构件2的弹簧接点比以往更令人满意地为了清洁目的而被触及,本发明提供一种非常特别的配置,即如下效果:弹性壳体4可移位地配置于插头构件2并且在朝电缆端的方向上可以向后移动到使得插头构件2的插接端(左手端)可随意地触及的足够远的清洁位置。为了该目的,弹性壳体4上的螺母7的周面在应变释放套筒8的内周面上被引导,直到螺母7到达应变释放套筒8的内周上的止档为止,所述止档呈现为环形肩台17的形式。相反,弹性壳体4可向图1的左方移动的程度由插头构件2的插接端的环形肩台18限制,弹性壳体4上没有具体标示的内肩台与该环形肩台18抵接。 
弹性壳体4承受由定位弹簧19施加的力,该定位弹簧19配置于插头构件2并且支撑在弹性壳体4与应变释放套筒8中的内肩台之间。 
如果为了清洁目的使得插头构件2的弹簧接点容易触及,那么从图1示出的位置向图1的右方移动锁定套筒3,在图1示出的位置,锁定套筒3的弹性片6与弹性壳体4上的螺母7抵接,并且同样通过它们的内肩台14锁扣于环形槽15。因此,弹性壳体4也逆着插头构件2上的定位弹簧19施加的力向图1的右方移位,在锁定套筒3的夹持部与应变释放套筒8的前端部抵接之前,弹性壳体4一直向图1的右方移位到应变释放套筒8的内肩台17形成的止档的最远距离。 
从图3中可以清楚地看到,在该位置,插头构件2的插接端面整体可随意地触及,因此位于插头构件2的插接端面的弹簧接 点容易被清洁。 
如果施加于锁定套筒3上的移位力然后消除,那么定位弹簧19驱使弹性壳体4向图1的左侧回退,因此再次呈现由插头构件2的环形肩台18限定的位置(图1)。在该位置,插座构件1可以再次与插头构件2联接,插头构件2相对于插座构件1的定向由弹性壳体4的弹性舌键5的不均匀的分布来固定。 
最后,对于本发明的任何没有详细说明的特征,将注意力指向附图和权利要求书。 

Claims (6)

1.一种插接连接器,其具有:插头构件(2),所述插头构件(2)用于在其插接端接收插座构件(1);和弹性壳体(4),所述弹性壳体(4)配置于所述插头构件(2)并且具有在插接端沿轴向开槽的弹性舌键(5),在所述插座构件(1)被联接到所述插头构件(2)的状态下,所述弹性舌键(5)围绕所述插座构件(1)的周面装配,并且所述弹性舌键(5)能够由能在所述弹性壳体(4)上移位的锁定套筒(3)沿径向压缩,其特征在于,所述弹性壳体(4)能移位地配置于所述插头构件(2),并且能够在朝电缆端的方向上向后移动至足够远的清洁位置,使得所述插头构件(2)的插接端能够随意地触及。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插接连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性壳体(4)能够逆着弹簧(19)施加的力向后移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的插接连接器,其特征在于,所述弹簧(19)配置于所述插头构件(2),并且支撑在所述弹性壳体(4)与围绕所述插头构件(2)的应变释放套筒(8)之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的插接连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性壳体(4)借助于所述锁定套筒(3)能移位到所述清洁位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的插接连接器,其特征在于,所述锁定套筒(3)在电缆端具有沿轴向开槽的弹性片(6),并且当所述锁定套筒(3)向后移动时,所述弹性片(6)抵接所述弹性壳体(4)上的止档并且使所述弹性壳体(4)移位。
6.根据权利要求5所述的插接连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性壳体(4)上的止档(7)是螺纹连接到所述弹性壳体(4)的螺母。
