技术领域
本发明涉及物品运输的保护装置领域,尤其是指一种单向双面阀式充气包装袋。
背景技术
目前物流发展迅速,对物品的包装要求更加严格,通过使用报纸、碎布等措施保护物品已经不能满足需求,而且也容易使物品受损。目前市场上多使用带有小气泡的的塑料装置用来保护物品,但是这些已带有空气的的泡泡膜体积大,储存运输不方便。也有可以使用时再充气的包装袋,但是由于是现充气,目前使用的单面进气的气阀,进气速度慢,影响包装效率。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种可以双面进气,充气速度更快的单向双面阀式充气包装袋。
一种单向双面阀式充气包装袋,包括包装袋本体和气阀,所述气阀包括上膜、下膜和气阀膜,所述上膜和下膜分别与气阀膜热熔连接并设有气体流道,所述上膜和下膜分别与包装袋本体开口处密封连接。
进一步的,所述上膜、下膜和气阀膜上分别印刷有耐高温防熔焊涂层,所述上膜和下膜分别与气阀膜在印刷涂层上热熔连接。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用双面充气阀,使充气包装袋的充气速度更快,提高物品包装效率。

具体实施方式
结合附图1-6,一种单向双面阀式充气包装袋,包括包装袋本体1和气阀2,其特征在于:所述气阀2包括上膜3、下膜4和气阀膜5,所述上膜3和下膜4分别与气阀膜5热熔连接并设有气体流道7,所述上膜3和下膜4分别与包装袋本体1开口处密封连接。所述上膜、下膜和气阀膜上分别印刷有耐高温防熔焊涂层6,所述上膜3和下膜4分别与气阀膜5在印刷涂层6上热熔连接。
在充气时,空气通过气阀2进入包装袋本体1内。当充气完毕后,由于包装袋本体1内的气压高于外部大气压,此时,包装袋本体1内的空气将气阀2关闭,这样就可实现密封而无需进行焊接,防止气体逃逸。

1.一种单向双面阀式充气包装袋,包括包装袋本体和气阀,其特征在于:所述气阀包括上膜、下膜和气阀膜,所述上膜和下膜分别与气阀膜热熔连接并设有气体流道,所述上膜和下膜分别与包装袋本体开口处密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向双面阀式充气包装袋,其特征在于:所述上膜、下膜和气阀膜上分别印刷有耐高温防熔焊涂层,所述上膜和下膜分别与气阀膜在印刷涂层上热熔连接。
