背景技术
已经提出了许多不同类型的安全闭合件或者儿童防护闭合件。已知提供这样的闭合件，其中设置基部和盖，并且为了打开盖，通常必须压挤基部的一部分，以便释放保持盖的突片或类似物。这种类型的闭合件的例子在DE3625477中有描述。
在任何儿童防护闭合件中，一个重要的考虑是以下两方面之间的平衡：使成人足够容易地打开盖以及然而使儿童不那么容易获得进出通路。在所谓的“压挤释放”式的闭合件中，对于允许的挠曲量方面可能存在问题，所述挠曲量然后可能导致突片释放困难。
发明内容
本发明寻求解决与已知的儿童防护的压挤释放式闭合件有关的问题。
根据本发明，提供了一种儿童防护闭合件，其包括基部和盖，基部具有内裙部和外裙部，闭合件还具有用于将盖可释放地锁闭在锁闭位置的锁闭装置，外裙部具有一个或更多个按压区域，所述区域能够被按压以释放锁闭装置，其中，内裙部具有与所述或每个按压区域对准的一个或更多个切除部，从而允许更大的挠曲。
通过在内裙部中提供切除部，外裙部能够进一步向内挠曲以使锁闭装置脱开。材料的减少能够通过去除材料以形成切除部以及通过增大的壁挠曲性而节省材料来进行。
锁闭装置可以包括锁闭突片，其能够通过按压区域而运动至解锁位置。通常，突片会被偏压至锁闭位置以允许重置。
盖可以具有一个或更多个槽，用于接收所述或每个锁闭突片，并且在锁闭位置，突片可以突出穿过槽。
盖可以通过铰接部，例如咬合式铰接部连接至基部。可选地，盖能够从基部释放。
按压区域可以包括按压垫。在一些实施例中，按压区域可以包括带凹部的面板。锁闭装置可以承载在按压区域上或由按压区域承载。
外裙部可以包括两个按压区域，而内裙部包括两个对应的切除部。按压区域可以彼此在径向上相对。

具体实施方式
如图所示，提供了一种闭合件，该闭合件总体用10表示。闭合件10包括基部15和盖20。
基部15包括大体圆柱形的外裙部25。在裙部25的邻近盖的端部处，环形平台30径向向内延伸。平台30的内周边以向上（相对于盖）倾斜的出嘴部40终止。在出嘴部40的内周边处悬垂有截头出嘴裙部45，其限定孔47。在出嘴部的与平台的平坦部结合的外周边处悬垂有内裙部50。内裙部50被分成两个相同的弧形部55、60，他们彼此径向相对定位并由两个大体U形切除部65、70分离。内裙部的弧形部如此延伸，使得它们的自由端终止于与外裙部大致相同的位置处。切除部从弧形部的自由端一路延伸到出嘴部。

每个面板80、85承载突片81、86，突片突出到平台上方。在每个凹部后面，在平台30上是弧形槽。
每个突片81、86包括倒角的上表面82、87和底切的下表面83、88。
带凹部的面板能够向内挠曲，这又使突片径向向内运动。这些面板是有回弹力的，并且自动弹回到附图所示的位置。
内裙部的弧形部55、60中的每个在其自由端处包括三个间隔开的珠缘部57，其在使用中与容器颈部7上的对应卡合珠缘5接合，如图6所示。
基部15和盖20通过铰接部17结合，该铰接部在本实施例中是咬合式铰接部。与铰接部径向相反地，指头凹部27定位在外裙部25中。
盖20包括大体圆形顶板21，其带有截头的侧裙部22，侧裙部从顶板内周边（除附连有铰接部17的区域以外）悬垂。
居中定位的环形插口23从顶板21悬垂并且尺寸设置成当盖处于闭合位置时环形插口23紧密装配在由基部中的出嘴40限定的孔47中。
两个径向相对的槽90、95定位在盖20中在裙部22与顶板21相交处。这些槽如此定位使得当盖闭合在基部上时，突片81、86被接合，并且首先突片的倒角部分82、87接合裙部22的自由端，于是使突片向内挠曲，直到突片进入所述槽，于是突片向外弹开以填充所述槽。突片的下表面83、88然后接合在裙部的限定所述槽的部分的上表面91、96上。
在图4、6所示的这种闭合位置中，盖不能被提起，原因是槽基部91、96和突片的表面83、88彼此抵接。为了打开盖，带凹部的面板80、85必须被向内按压以将突片移出槽。因为面板80、85与切除部65、70对准，面板能够被进一步径向向内挠曲。在突片被向内移动的同时，指头凹部必须被用于翻开盖，如图2的盖的顶部上示意性地所示。盖的底侧设有在闭合位置中与指头凹部27对准的沟槽24，该沟槽起到用以提升盖的杠杆点的作用。

Claims (14)

1.一种儿童防护闭合件，其包括基部和盖，基部具有内裙部和外裙部，所述闭合件还具有用于将盖可释放地锁闭在锁闭位置的锁闭装置，所述外裙部具有一个或更多个按压区域，所述区域能够被按压以释放锁闭装置，其中，所述内裙部具有与所述或每个按压区域对准的一个或更多个切除部，从而允许内裙部的更大的挠曲。
2.如权利要求1所述的闭合件，其中，所述锁闭装置包括锁闭突片，其能够在按压区域作用下而运动至解锁位置。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的闭合件，其中，所述盖具有一个或更多个槽，用于接收所述或每个锁闭突片，并且在锁闭位置，所述突片突出通过所述槽。

10.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的闭合件，其中，所述切除部包括槽口。
11.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的闭合件，其中，所述槽口在内壁的基本上整个高度上延伸。
12.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的闭合件，其中，所述切除部包括窗口。
13.一种参考附图基本上如上所述并且如附图所示的闭合件。
