本发明是一种自控汽水分离器。主要由器体、双位控制阀、双位控制阀座、浮筒、上盖组成;浮筒和双位控制阀连成一体,其中心为一条直线,双位控制阀座在器体上,双位控制阀置于双位控制阀座内,双位控制阀座连接在器体上,上盖在器体的上部并与浮筒连接,双位控制阀置于入水管和出水管间。其构造简单,上下定位,浮筒和双位控制阀严格遵循上、下的直线运动,因而无机械故障,安全可靠,无需维护和修理。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种用于蒸发罐、加热器或煮糖罐和各种换热设备的自控汽水分离器。
背景技术
现有的蒸发罐、加热器汽鼓里排至各平衡箱的汽凝水,或煮糖罐汽鼓里排出来的汽凝水不能很好地进行汽液分离。如电器自控阀门由于触点的失效,使得汽液两相不能有效地分离,容易造成排水不畅。又如连杆与浮球连接的控制装置由于杆件与浮球的结构复杂,也很容易造成失效,使得汽液两相不能有效地分离,导致排水不畅。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自控汽水分离器,能把从蒸发罐、加热器汽鼓里排至各平衡箱的汽凝水和煮糖罐汽鼓里排出来的汽凝水实行汽液两相有效地分离,防止和杜绝了串汽。
本发明的技术方案为:
自控汽水分离器主要由器体、双位控制阀、双位控制阀座、浮筒、上盖组成;浮筒和双位控制阀连成一体,其中心为一条直线,双位控制阀座在器体上,双位控制阀置于双位控制阀座内,双位控制阀座连接在器体上,上盖在器体的上部并与浮筒连接,双位控制阀置于入水管和出水管间。
在上盖上设有平衡管口。
本发明的自控汽水分离器利用各换热设备和平衡箱系列之压力渐次下降,平衡箱间存在的压力差做动力,使汽凝水能一个箱过一个箱的往后流,逐级回收自蒸发汽,充分的利用热能。其构造简单,上下定位,浮筒和双位控制阀严格遵循上、下的直线运动,因而无机械故障,安全可靠,无需维护和修理。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的自控汽水分离器由器体9、双位控制阀8、双位控制阀座10、浮筒5、上盖1等组成;浮筒5和双位控制阀8连成一体,其中心为一条直线,双位控制阀座10在器体9上,双位控制阀8置于双位控制阀座10内,双位控制阀座10连接在器体9上,上盖1在器体9的上部并与浮筒5连接,上盖1上设有平衡管口11。双位控制阀8置于入水管和出水管间。
当自控汽水分离器的内水位上升至一定高度时,浮筒上升,带动双位控制阀自动打开,汽凝水排出,根据汽凝水量的大小连续自动的调整双位控制阀的开度,顺畅的排出汽凝水。

1. 一种自控汽水分离器,其特征在于主要由器体、双位控制阀、双位控制阀座、浮筒、上盖组成;浮筒和双位控制阀连成一体,其中心为一条直线,双位控制阀座在器体上,双位控制阀置于双位控制阀座内,双位控制阀座连接在器体上,上盖在器体的上部并与浮筒连接,双位控制阀置于入水管和出水管间,入水管和出水管位于器体的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自控汽水分离器,其特征在于上盖上设有平衡管口。
