背景技术

本发明特点在于一种用于喷射阀的阀组件,包括:阀主体,所述阀主体具有中心纵轴线,所述阀主体包括带有流体入口部分和流体出口部分的空腔;阀针,所述阀针能在所述空腔内轴向移动,所述阀针在关闭位置防止通过流体出口部分的流体流,且在其它位置释放通过流体出口部分的流体流,所述阀针包括环形元件,所述环形元件以径向方向延伸且设置在阀针的远离流体出口部分的轴向端部处;和设计成致动阀针的电磁致动器单元。所述电磁致动器单元包括能在所述空腔内轴向移动的电枢。所述电枢包括容纳环形元件的凹部。所述电枢包括以径向方向延伸到凹部中的突起。弹簧元件设置在凹部中轴向上在环形元件和电枢的突起之间。

在进一步的有利实施例中,电枢支撑弹簧设置在空腔中轴向上在阀主体的台阶和电枢之间。这具有这样的优点:电枢可以参考阀针进行支撑。
在进一步的有利实施例中,电枢支撑弹簧是卷簧。这具有这样的优点:电枢支撑弹簧的简单形状和低成本方案是可能的。此外,可以获得电枢支撑弹簧在阀主体的空腔中的可靠设置。

特别适合于将燃料配量到内燃发动机的喷射阀10具体地包括阀组件11和入口管12。
阀组件11包括具有中心纵轴线L的阀主体14。阀组件11具有壳体16,壳体16围绕阀主体14部分地设置。空腔18设置在阀主体14中。
空腔18容纳阀针20和电枢22。阀针20能在空腔18中轴向移动。在阀针20的轴向端部21处,阀针包括环形元件23。环形元件23形成为围绕阀针20的轴向端部21的项圈。环形元件23固定地联接到阀针20的轴向端部21。电枢22能在空腔18中轴向移动。
标定弹簧24设置在凹部26中,凹部26设置在入口管12中。标定弹簧24机械地联接到环形元件23。环形元件23形成标定弹簧24的第一座。
电枢22具有凹部28。具有环形元件23的阀针20与电枢22的内表面接触,且可以在电枢22的凹部28中在轴向方向引导阀针20。
电枢22具有以径向方向延伸到凹部28中的突起29。优选地,突起29成形为环形元件。突起29在轴向方向与环形元件23叠置。
过滤器元件30设置在入口管12中且形成标定弹簧24的另一座。在喷射阀10的制造过程期间,过滤器元件30可以轴向移动到入口管12中,以便以期望方式预加载标定弹簧24。籍此,标定弹簧24在阀针20上朝向喷射阀10的喷射喷嘴34施加力。

流体出口部分40是空腔18的靠近座板32的一部分。流体出口部分40与设置在阀主体14中的流体入口部分42连通。
在阀主体14内,台阶44设置在阀主体14中。
在电枢22的凹部28中,弹簧元件46轴向设置在环形元件23和电枢22的突起29之间。弹簧元件46允许力在电枢22的突起29和环形元件23之间传输。优选地,弹簧元件46具有高刚度。这允许电枢22的移动准确传输到阀针20,阀针20的移动具有小的延迟。弹簧元件46的阻尼影响允许在阀针20的打开或关闭过程期间电枢22和/或阀针20上的磨损影响可保持小。
电枢支撑弹簧48设置在空腔18中轴向上在阀主体14的台阶44和电枢22之间。优选地,电枢支撑弹簧48是卷簧。电枢支撑弹簧48由台阶44支撑在阀主体14中。电枢支撑弹簧48可形成电枢22的软支撑元件。

在具有线圈38的电磁致动器单元36被激励时的情况下,致动器单元36可在电枢22上施加电磁力。电枢22被具有线圈38的电磁致动器单元36吸引,且在轴向方向远离流体出口部分40移动。电枢22经由弹簧元件46带动阀针20。因而,阀针20在轴向方向移动离开关闭位置,在阀针20的关闭位置以外,阀主体14和阀针20之间的间隙在喷射阀10的远离致动器单元36的轴向端部处形成流体路径,且流体可以穿过喷射喷嘴34。
在致动器单元36去激励时的情况下,标定弹簧24可以促使阀针20在轴向方向移动到其关闭位置。阀针20是否处于其关闭位置取决于由具有线圈38的致动器单元36作用于阀针20上的力和由标定弹簧24作用于阀针20上的力之间的力平衡。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于喷射阀(10)的阀组件(11),包括:
阀主体(14),所述阀主体(14)具有中心纵轴线(L),所述阀主体(14)包括带有流体入口部分(42)和流体出口部分(40)的空腔(18);
阀针(20),所述阀针(20)能在所述空腔(18)内轴向移动,所述阀针(20)在关闭位置防止通过流体出口部分(40)的流体流,且在其它位置释放通过流体出口部分(40)的流体流,所述阀针(20)包括环形元件(23),所述环形元件(23)以径向方向延伸且设置在阀针(20)的远离流体出口部分(40)的轴向端部(21)处;
标定弹簧(24),机械地联接到环形元件(23),且在阀针(20)上朝向喷射阀(10)的喷射喷嘴(34)施加力;和
