背景技术  现在的真空平板集热器多为双面玻璃材料和金属采光板,存在重量过大和适用范围过窄的问题和不能透过自然光的问题。
发明内容  为了解决真空平板集热器多为双面玻璃材料和金属采光板,存在重量过大和适用范围过窄的问题和不能透过自然光的问题。
本专利的技术要点是:复合材料镀膜真空平板,由两张透光板和采光板和导热热管组成,两张透光板四周用封接材料密封,透光板之间通过支撑物支撑并抽成真空,采光板在两张透光板中间,采光板包含在单一的真空腔内或采光板和封接材料连接并与两张透光板组成两个真空腔,真空腔内包含消气剂。
透光板的材料为塑料、玻璃、和它们粘接组成的复合材料。
采光板的材料为塑料、玻璃、金属和它们粘接组成的复合材料,其中包括吸热玻璃,采光板表面镀有采光膜,采光膜包括吸热膜。
导热热管的材料为塑料、玻璃、金属和它们粘接组成的复合材料,传热介质包含在封闭的导热热管中,导热热管的冷凝端和外部导管连接。
封接材料包括玻璃材料和金属材料。

具体实施方式在图1和图2和图3中,复合材料镀膜真空平板,由两张透光板(1)和采光板(4)和导热热管(5)组成,两张透光板四周用封接材料(2)密封,透光板之间通过支撑物(3)支撑并抽成真空,采光板在两张透光板中间。

1.复合材料镀膜真空平板,由两张透光板和采光板和导热热管组成,两张透光板四周用封接材料密封,透光板之间通过支撑物支撑并抽成真空,采光板在两张透光板中间,采光板包含在单一的真空腔内或采光板和封接材料连接并与两张透光板组成两个真空腔,真空腔内包含消气剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空平板,其特征是:透光板的材料为塑料、玻璃、和它们组成的复合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空平板,其特征是:采光板的材料为塑料、玻璃、金属和它们组成的复合材料,其中包括吸热玻璃,采光板表面镀有采光膜,采光膜包括吸热膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空平板,其特征是:导热热管的材料为塑料、玻璃、金属和它们组成的复合材料,传热介质包含在封闭的导热热管中,导热热管的冷凝端和外部导管连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空平板,其特征是:封接材料包括玻璃材料和金属材料。
