本发明公开了一种风力发电机叶片防雷导电环用防雷刷,其特征在于其包括长方体刷柄,所述的刷柄的一侧密布有若干根钢制的刷毛。所述的刷柄厚度为10.8mm,长65mm,宽12mm。所述的若干根钢制的刷毛之间的间距为1mm;所述的钢制的刷毛的直径为0.1mm。本发明由于刷毛采用钢制成,可以缓解冲击力,而且使用寿命长,结构简单,防雷效果好。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种风力发电机叶片防雷导电环用防雷刷。
【背景技术】
在风力发电机的叶片上一般都设置有防雷装置,而现有的叶片上的防雷装置一般是在叶片上设置有一导电环,当雷击中叶片时,将雷电电流传递到导电环,经过电缆、防雷刷、接地电缆引导地面防雷体上,至此完成雷电的传导,实现防雷目的。
由于叶片防雷导电环直径大,接近2.5米,造成同圆度难以保证。目前一般是将防雷刷设置在叶片外壳上,叶片旋转过程中,对防雷刷造成很大的冲击,致使刷毛脱落,使得防雷刷使用寿命短,需要经常更换,影响防雷效果。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种使用寿命长,结构简单,防雷效果好的风力发电机叶片防雷导电环用防雷刷。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种风力发电机叶片防雷导电环用防雷刷,其特征在于其包括长方体刷柄,所述的刷柄的一侧密布有若干根钢制的刷毛。

所述的若干根钢制的刷毛2之间的间距为1mm。所述的钢制的刷毛2的直径为0.1mm。
所述的刷柄1上还设置有安装连接孔11。
