城市(小区)生活垃圾及生活污水一体化处理(分类)技术，属于环保类新技术。城市(小区)生活垃圾及生活污水一体化处理(分类)技术，是针对城市(小区)生活垃圾的组分性质，通过机械分类，完成对城市(小区)生活垃圾中金属、玻璃、塑料、纸张等组分的系统归类过程。小区生辉垃圾中有机物部分，通过系统分类后，与小区生活污水混合，共同进入临界水氧化器中处理。本系统处理技术，是城市生活垃圾前端分类处理技术。

小区生活垃圾及小区生活污水一体化处理(分类)技术
一、技术领域：小区生活垃圾及生活污水一体化处理(分类)技术，属于环保类应用新技术。
二、背景技术：小区生活垃圾及生活污水一体化处理(分类)技术，是由：
1)物料筛分技术
2)物料风选技术
3)金属磁选技术
4)螺旋式挤压切割技术
5)临界水氧化技术
等实用技术构成，以城市小区为处理单元，针对小区范围内产生的生活污水和小区生活垃圾有机物部分，所进行的全封闭临界水氧化处理技术的应用过程。
三、发明内容：
本系统发明专利采用：
1)以螺茨风机为主的风选系统，完成对小区生活垃圾中纸类、塑料薄膜类包装物、泡沫塑料等轻物质的分离过程。
2)通过反击式破碎机，完成对小区生活垃圾中玻璃等硬物质的碎化处理过程；通过振动筛，完成对小区生活垃圾中玻璃等硬物质类的分离。
3)通过磁性滚筒为主的传输系统，来完成对小区垃圾中金属类物质的分离过程。
4)通过螺旋式切割机，完成对小区生活垃圾有机类块状物(0-5mm)粒度的粉化过程。

生活垃圾进料口(1)，直接进入拆包系统(2)中完成垃圾与垃圾袋的分离之后，进入风选系统(3)中。完成生活垃圾中纸类、塑料薄膜类包装物，泡沫塑料等轻质物质的分类之后，其未分离的物料进入反击式破碎机(4)中，完成对小区生活垃圾中玻璃类等硬质物类的碎化处理过程；在破碎过程中加入沉降池(8)的表层水，对反击式破碎机(4)的运动过程加以作用，对生活垃圾的有机物类(餐余垃圾等)进行第一次清洗之后，所有物料进入振动筛选(5)中预以分离，筛下物(0--3mm)物料直接进入混合池(9)中；筛上物进入磁选传输系统(6)中，完成对生活垃圾金属类物质类的分离后，进入螺旋式切割机(7)中，完成3mm以上物料的挤压式旋切后，物料进入沉降池(9)中与生活污水混合。
生活污水进入沉降池(8)中，一部分表层水进入反击式破碎机(4)中、振动筛选(5)中、螺旋式切割机(7)出口处，与生活垃圾有机物部分混合后，进入混合池(9)中于生活污水混合，混配的浓度大于2％，以保证临界水氧化器(12)自身反映能量的自供给。
混合池(9)中的流体物质，经加压泵(11-2)加压达标后，进入临界水氧化器(12)上端口【此时临界氧化器(12)的以达到临界温度大于374度】，进入临界水氧化器(12)之流体物质(有机物含量大于等于2％)，遇高温瞬间物态形式转为均相状态，当均相状态的物料行至反应器中部时与氧化剂混合【氧化池(10)中的氧化剂，经高压泵(11-1)进入临界水氧化器(12)与均相物质混合后发生氧化反应，通过临界水氧化器(12)的中间管路进入分离器(13)中将二氧化碳、氮气分离后，进入水凝器(14)处理后进水回收池中。
注：1、经分离器(13)处理的水蒸气，可供小区供暖循环利用。
2、经水凝器(14)处理或小区供暖系统循环利用后的冷凝水可以供小区利用，如绿化等。

五、具体实施方案：
小区生活垃圾及生活污水一体化处理(分类)技术，是在采用实用技术的基础上，完成了对小气生活垃圾有机类物质部分与小区生活污水同步处理过程；同时，采用相应分类技术，对小区生活垃圾中金属、玻璃、塑料、泡沫等物质的系统分类后，待城市生活垃圾终端处理厂处理。
本处理系统的实施，应从以下几个方面：
1)以政府为导向，逐步完成立项、环保审批、土地协调等系统工作。
2)资金协调。
3)在实施本处理系统时，应坚持地上回收和地下处理相结合的指导方针，在处理系统的安全性方面下功夫，对发出噪音等设备和设施应采用地下处理的工艺布置；本处理系统为全封闭处理体系，可将生活垃圾的恶臭控制在最小状态。
