本发明涉及一种滤芯,具体涉及了一种四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,四氟乙烯是防腐性最好的塑料,具有很好的隔菌作用,目前,还没有出现针对气体能有效除菌的滤芯。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,解决了现有空气滤芯不能无除菌功能的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,达到上述技术目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤1)按质量百分比计,将990‰~995‰的四氟乙烯与5‰~10‰作为挥发剂的丙酮混合;
步骤2)将经步骤1)制得的混合物铺于表面光滑的槽中;
步骤3)在300℃~350℃的烘箱内放置3~5分钟,即得四氟乙烯膜滤芯。
优选的,所述步骤1)中的四氟乙烯为水剂。
优选的.所述步骤1)中,所述四氟乙烯与丙酮的质量比为990∶10。
优选的,经所述步骤3)制得的所述四氟乙烯膜滤芯的绝对过滤精度为0.1微米-1微米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺具有如下优点:由于本发明的四氟乙烯膜滤芯具有除菌的功能,一般用于气体的除菌过滤。

实施例1
一种四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤1)按质量百分比计,将990g的四氟乙烯水剂与10g的作为挥发剂的丙酮混合;
步骤2)将经步骤1)制得的混合物铺于表面光滑的槽中;
步骤3)在300℃~350℃的烘箱内放置3~5分钟,即得四氟乙烯膜滤芯,绝对过滤精度为0.1微米~1微米。
实施例2
一种四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤1)按质量百分比计,将995g的四氟乙烯水剂与5g的作为挥发剂的丙酮混合;
步骤2)将经步骤1)制得的混合物铺于表面光滑的槽中;
步骤3)在300℃~350℃的烘箱内放置3~5分钟,即得四氟乙烯膜滤芯,绝对过滤精度为0.1微米~1微米。
本发明的四氟乙烯膜滤芯具有除菌的功能,一般用于气体的除菌过滤。

步骤1)按质量百分比计,将990‰~995‰的四氟乙烯与5‰~10‰作为挥发剂的丙酮混合;
步骤2)将经步骤1)制得的混合物铺于表面光滑的槽中;
步骤3)在300℃~350℃的烘箱内放置3~5分钟,即得四氟乙烯膜滤芯。
2.如权利要求1所述的四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的四氟乙烯为水剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中,所述四氟乙烯与丙酮的质量比为990∶10。
4.如权利要求1所述的四氟乙烯膜滤芯的制作工艺,其特征在于,经所述步骤3)制得的所述四氟乙烯膜滤芯的绝对过滤精度为0.1微米-1微米。
