Abstract
一种用于园艺作物叶面喷洒的水溶性环烷酸盐乳剂(微量元素肥料)及其制造方法。该乳剂由环烷酸盐、有机溶剂和表面活性剂组成。环烷酸盐制造时,用水代替有机溶剂作稀释剂,生产工艺简单,施用方便,乳剂加水后可直接用普通喷雾装置喷洒,增产效果显著。

本发明属于液体微量元素肥料范围。
柑桔、葡萄、苹果等园艺作物均需锌、钼、铁、锰、铜等微量元素养份。如果土壤所供给的微量元素不足或呈不可利用的形态,便会使作物生长发育过程中缺少所需的养份,出现果实品质下降,产量减少的状况。例如:在石灰性或盐渍性土壤中,果树因缺锌而引起的“小叶病”现象就十分普遍。至今,通常是用叶面喷洒无机微肥(如硫酸锌)的办法来解决。但采用这种办法易受气候影响,喷洒的养份常被雨水淋洗或风吹掉,不易为植物吸收。添加氢氧化钠或石灰水又会产生沉淀,生成其它化合物残留在叶面上,妨碍作物的新陈代谢和养份的吸收。近年来,日本专利(特公昭50-34943)和美国专利(USP4243676-1981年)介绍了一种用于果树园艺作物叶面喷洒的油溶性环烷酸盐(如环烷酸锌)有机液体肥料,提高了微肥使用的效果。但在制造这种油溶性环烷酸盐的过程中,为使反应操作易于进行,需添加大量的甲醇、二甲苯溶剂为反应的稀释剂。最后又要在蒸馏操作过程中回收上述溶剂,使生产工序复杂,操作环境恶化,增加了能量消耗。同时,环烷酸盐又需添加载体油配制成油溶性喷剂。而该喷剂尚需用特殊的超低容量喷雾装置进行叶面喷洒,成本较高,不易操作,施用不当会产生药害,推广受到限制。
本发明的目的在于对上述油溶性环烷酸盐喷剂微量元素肥料制法和施用上存在的问题进行改进,研制一种工艺简单,成本较低,施用方便的水溶性环烷酸盐乳剂微量元素肥料。
本发明的制法是以水为反应稀释剂,采用分子量为200~660的环烷酸(也可以用毫克KOH/克值来表示,使用前,如果酸中含有酚时,需进行除油蒸馏处理)与碱金属氢氧化物如锌、钼、铁、锰、铜等金属的一种或多种盐类的水溶液进行皂化、复分解反应,得到由有机相和水相组成的反应物。大部分水分是从含有硫酸钠的水相中分离掉。有机相中的少量水分经处理后,便得到环烷酸盐。添加有机溶剂、表面活性剂,最后配制成水溶性环烷酸盐乳剂微量元素肥料,付产物硫酸钠在蒸馏水分后经过冷冻得到。环烷酸盐制造中的反应温度为
65~95℃,皂化和复分解反应时间均为0.5~2.5小时。金属与环烷酸的当量比为1~20。皂化用的碱金属氢氧化物可以用氢氧化钠,也可以用氢氧化钾,最好用氢氧化钠、锌、铁、锰、铜的金属盐可以是金属氯化物,也可以是金属硫酸盐,最好用金属硫酸盐。制环烷酸盐时稀释剂水可以是一般水或经过处理的水,添加的水量为环烷酸的50~300%(重量)。溶剂可以是低级醇(甲醇、乙醇、环己醇),芳烃类(甲苯、二甲苯),及煤油中的一种或两种以上。表面活性剂可以是非离子型表面活性剂或阴离子型表面活性剂或它们两种组成。非离子型表面活性剂可以是聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醇、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯植物油、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚等其中的一种或两种以上。阴离子型表面活性剂可以是十二烷基苯磺酸钙、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯油酸钠等其中的一种或两种以上。乳剂微量元素肥料中,有机溶剂占10~65%(重量),表面活性剂占5~20%(重量),环烷酸盐占20~70%(重量)。按照上述方法可以制成含锌、钼、铁、锰、铜的碱性水溶性环烷酸盐乳剂微量元素肥料。
本发明的优点是:在制造环烷酸盐过程中,以水为反应稀释剂,节省了大量甲醇、二甲苯有机溶剂,无需溶剂回收工序。简化了工艺,改善了反应操作环境,减少了有毒物质的污染,降低了产品成本。制成的乳剂加水后可用普通喷雾装置喷洒,养份均匀、不产生沉淀,易于被植物吸收,使用方便,便于推广。
实例
将酸值为183毫克KOH/克的环烷酸112克与100毫升水一起加入带有搅拌装置的500毫升三口烧瓶中,然后再加入15克,368毫克当量的氢氧化钠。升温加热并进行充分搅拌。在85℃的反应温度下,反应1.5小时,再继续加入30克,184毫克当量的硫酸锌,继续反应1.5小时,充分搅拌后,将反应液倾入1000毫升的分液漏斗中,静置分层。分离出含有硫酸钠的水相层后,将水相层进行浓缩蒸发及冷冻结晶,回收硫酸钠付产物。从含环烷酸锌的有机相层中除掉残余的少量水分后,添加煤油、二甲苯溶剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钙阴离子表面活性剂和篦麻油聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂,即可制得水溶性环烷酸锌乳剂。其中,溶剂占乳剂的52%(重量),表面活性剂占乳剂的9%(重量),环烷酸锌占乳剂的39%(重量)。乳剂中含Zn3~4%(重量)。对患“小叶病”的苹果树喷施所制的环烷酸锌乳剂后,叶片含锌量和产量如表一、表二所示。

Claims (7)
1、一种碱性的含有锌、钼、铁、锰、铜等元素中的一种或多种环烷酸盐的乳剂微量元素肥料,本发明的特征在于这种微量元素肥料是一种水溶性环烷酸盐乳剂,该乳剂由环烷酸盐、有机溶剂和表面活性剂组成,其中:环烷酸盐占乳剂微量元素肥料的20-70%(重量),溶剂占乳剂微量元素肥料的10-65%(重量),表面活性剂占乳剂微量元素肥料的5-20%(重量)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的乳剂微量元素肥料,其特征在于所述的溶剂可以是低级醇(甲醇、乙醇、环己醇),芳烃类(甲苯、二甲苯)和煤油中的一种或二种以上所组成。
3、按照权利要求1所述的乳剂微量元素肥料,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂可以是非离子型表面活性剂,或阴离子型表面活性剂,也可以由它们共同组成。
4、按照权利要求1和3所述的乳剂微量元素肥料,其特征在于所述的非离子型表面活性剂可以是聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醇、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯植物油、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚等其中的一种或二种以上。
5、按照权利要求1和3所述的乳剂微量元素肥料,其特征在于所述的阴离子表面活性剂可以是十二烷基苯磺酸钙、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯单硬酯酸油酸钠中的一种或二种以上。
6、按照权利要求1所述的乳剂微量元素肥料,其特征在于制备环烷酸盐时用水作稀释剂,水可以用一般水或经过处理的水,添加的水量为环烷酸的50-300%(重量)。
7、按照权利要求1所述的水溶性环烷酸盐乳剂微量元素肥料,其特征在于采用分子量为200-660的环烷酸与碱金属氢氧化物和锌、钼、铁、锰、铜的一种或多种盐类水溶液(金属与环烷酸的克当量比为1-20)和稀释剂,经皂化、复分解反应,得到由有机相和水相组成的反应物,从水相中分离出含有大部分水的盐类溶液后,再将有机相中含有的少量水处理后制得环烷酸盐,然后加入有机溶剂,表面活性剂乳化则制成水溶性的环烷酸盐乳剂微量元素肥料。
