Abstract

本发明公开了一种贴水式加湿器，包括上盖、机座、开关按键、外置电源插头、超声波发生器和开关电路控制板，机座内设置有储水槽，超声波发生器位于储水槽前侧，储水槽与超声波发生器之间设置有隔片及过滤海绵，隔片底部及两侧边缘分别与储水槽底部、内壁连为一体，过滤海绵套装在隔片与储水槽所围成的区间内，在隔片底部设置有一个通水口，超声波发生器前面设置有喷雾口，水通过隔片底部的通水口经过滤海绵直接接触超声波发生器的内侧面而产生水雾。本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、体积小、制作成本低、操作方便灵活的贴水式加湿器。

技术领域
本发明涉及本发明涉及一种加湿器，特别是一种贴水式加湿器。
背景技术
目前市场上的加湿器结构普遍较为复杂，它们结构包括喷雾嘴部件，水箱部件，机座部件，其机座部件中含风机，PCB电路板，磁浮球，电源开关，按钮等电子电器元件，这样的结构过于复杂，且机座部件上设置风机，PCB电路板，磁浮球时必然造成体积大，生产成本高，控制电路复杂带来的操作不便利的技术缺陷。为此，有必要改进现有加湿器而提供结构简单合理、体积小、制作成本低、操作方便灵活的加湿器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、体积小、制作成本低、操作方便灵活的贴水式加湿器，以克服目前市场上加湿器技术中的不足之处。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种贴水式加湿器，包括上盖、机座、开关按键、外置电源插头、超声波发生器和开关电路控制板，机座内设置有储水槽，超声波发生器位于储水槽前侧，储水槽与超声波发生器之间设置有隔片及过滤海绵，隔片底部及两侧边缘分别与储水槽底部、内壁连为一体，过滤海绵套装在隔片与储水槽所围成的区间内，在隔片底部设置有一个通水口，超声波发生器前面设置有喷雾口，水通过隔片底部的通水口经过滤海绵直接接触超声波发生器的内侧面而产生水雾。
如上所述的一种贴水式加湿器，其特征是：所述机座呈桶状，所述上盖封盖在机座顶上。
如上所述的一种贴水式加湿器，其特征是：所述开关电路控制板设置在机座底部内，所述的外置电源插头设置在机座后面中下部内位置，所述超声波发生器设置在机座正前面中下部内位置。
本发明相对现有技术的有益效果：机座内设置有储水槽，超声波发生器位于储水槽前侧，储水槽与超声波发生器之间设置有隔片及过滤海绵，隔片底部及两侧边缘分别与储水槽底部、内壁连为一体，过滤海绵套装在隔片与储水槽所围成的区间内，在隔片底部设置有一个通水口，超声波发生器前面设置有喷雾口，水通过隔片底部的通水口经过滤海绵直接接触超声波发生器的内侧面而产生水雾，克服目前市场上加湿器技术中机座部件中含风机，PCB电路板，磁浮球造成结构复杂，操作不便的不足之处，使得本发明具有结构简单合理、体积小、制作成本低、操作方便灵活的实用优点，有利于本发明的广泛推广使用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成的目的与功效容易明白了解，下面结合附图进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种贴水式加湿器，包括上盖1、桶状的机座2、开关按键 2.6、外置电源插头2.2、超声波发生器2.5和开关电路控制板2.7，上盖1封盖在机座2顶上，开关电路控制板 2.7设置在机座2底部内且用机座底盖2.8封盖住，外置电源插头2.2设置在机座2后面中下部内位置，超声波发生器2.5设置在机座2正前面中下部内位置。机座2内设置有储水槽2.3，超声波发生器2.5位于储水槽2.3前侧，储水槽2.3与超声波发生器2.5之间设置有隔片2.3.1及过滤海绵2.4，隔片2.3.1底部及两侧边缘分别与储水槽2.3底部、内壁连为一体（如图4所示），过滤海绵2.4套装在隔片2.3.1与储水槽2.3所围成的区间内，在隔片2.3.1底部设置有一个通水口2.3.2，超声波发生器2.5前面设置有喷雾口2.1，水通过隔片2.3.1底部的通水口2.3.2经过滤海绵2.4直接接触超声波发生器2.5的内侧面而产生水雾。

1. 一种贴水式加湿器，包括上盖（1）、机座（2）、外置电源插头（2.2）、超声波发生器（2.5）、开关电路控制板（2.7）和开关按键（ 2.6），机座（2）内设置有储水槽（2.3），其特征是：所述超声波发生器（2.5）位于储水槽（2.3）前侧，储水槽（2.3）与超声波发生器（2.5）之间设置有隔片（2.3.1）及过滤海绵（2.4），隔片（2.3.1）底部及两侧边缘分别与储水槽（2.3）底部、内壁连为一体，过滤海绵（2.4）套装在隔片（2.3.1）与储水槽（2.3）所围成的区间内，在隔片（2.3.1）底部设置有一个通水口（2.3.2），超声波发生器（2.5）前面设置有喷雾口（2.1），水通过隔片（2.3.1）底部的通水口（2.3.2）经过滤海绵（2.4）直接接触超声波发生器（2.5）的内侧面而产生水雾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴水式加湿器，其特征是：所述机座（2）呈桶状，所述上盖（1）封盖在机座（2）顶上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴水式加湿器，其特征是：所述开关电路控制板 （2.7）设置在机座（2）底部内，所述的外置电源插头（2.2）设置在机座（2）后面中下部内位置，所述超声波发生器（2.5）设置在机座（2）正前面中下部内位置。
