投喂器
技术领域
本发明涉及养殖器械技术领域,尤其是一种将微量元素营养丸通过反刍家畜口腔喂入家畜体内的器具。
背景技术
随着畜牧业的发展,可以防治反刍类家畜因微量元素缺乏而产生的矿物质营养障碍疾病(例如山羊营养性流产、牛羊营养性脱毛等)的微量元素添加剂产品被广泛应用,微量元素的添加方式也在不断的发展变化。早期的添加方式有将微量元素加入到反刍家畜的饮水和饲料中一起食用、将微量元素制成舔砖或混合到其他食品添加剂供反刍家畜舔食、通过注射的方式将微量元素直接输入反刍家畜的体内等等,这些添加方式都存在不能按照所需计量较均匀地给反刍家畜补充微量元素而造成微量元素补充不足无效或补充过量反刍家畜中毒的问题。经过不断的探索,现在常用的微量元素添加方式是将微量元素按每日所需计量制成的营养丸,每天人工通过器械将营养丸从反刍家畜口中喂入体内的“投喂”方式,这种添加方式可以人为地控制反刍家畜每日补充微量元素的剂量,解决了上述问题。
目前这种“投喂”方式使用的器具是套装在圆管内的可以相对圆管推拉活动的圆杆或内圆筒,将营养丸放置在圆管一端内部,让反刍家畜口含圆管的放置有营养丸的一端,圆杆或内圆筒从圆管的另一端将营养丸从圆管里推入反刍家畜的口腔或咽喉部,让反刍家畜吞咽到体内完成“投喂”工作。由于使用这种人工推动的器具未能将营养丸直接进入反刍家畜食道和胃中,留在口腔或咽喉部的营养丸容易引起反刍家畜咽喉部的异物排斥反应而将营养丸吐出或停留在口腔中不下咽,因而不能使顺利完“投喂”工作,影响了工作效率;另外,将“投喂”器械的一端准确地安放到反刍家畜口腔接近咽喉部位及推动 “投喂”器械都需要花费较大的气力,使用十分不便,也增加了“投喂”工作者的劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种投喂器,以解决现有反刍家畜的营养丸“投喂”器具使用不方便,工作效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本投喂器包括有套装在圆管内的圆杆,所述圆管的前端设有发射管,所述圆杆的前端穿进所述发射管,所述圆管的后端设有把手,在所述圆杆伸出所述圆管后端设置有大于所述圆管内径的手柄;所述圆杆设置有卡槽;所述圆管上铰接有一端伸入该圆管内部另一端设有扳机的卡销,所述卡销的一端通过卡销弹簧连接所述圆管;所述圆管与所述圆杆之间安装有弹簧。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述圆管的后端设有封板,所述封板设有套装所述圆杆的开口,所述弹簧套装在所述圆杆的卡板与所述圆管的封板之间;所述卡销弹簧连接所述卡销在所述圆管内部的一端。
所述弹簧一端连接所述圆管另一端连接所述圆杆;所述卡销弹簧连接所述卡销在所述圆管内部的一端。
所述圆管的后端设有封板,所述封板设有套装所述圆杆的开口,所述弹簧套装在所述圆杆的卡板与所述圆管的封板之间;所述卡销弹簧连接所述卡销在所述圆管外部的一端。
所述弹簧一端连接所述圆管另一端连接所述圆杆;所述卡销弹簧连接所述卡销在所述圆管外部的一端。 
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本投喂器可以使营养丸从圆管里弹射进反刍家畜的食道,而不会在反刍家畜口腔或咽喉部停留,引起反刍家畜的异物排斥反应将营养丸吐出或在口腔中不下咽,实现了有效“投喂”;按下扳机,营养丸可被自动弹射,既提高了工作效率,又降低了操作者的劳动强度。使用本投喂器后,“投喂”一头反刍家畜的时间从原来的5分钟到现在的不足1分钟,工作效率大幅提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施对本发明作进一步详述: 
图1所示的投喂器包括有一圆杆3套装在一圆管2内,圆管2的前端设有发射管1,发射管1内可以放置营养丸,圆杆3的前端穿进发射管1;圆管2的后端设有把手7,在圆杆3伸出圆管2后端设置有大于圆管2内径的手柄9,此处的手柄9为带销的球体;圆杆3设置有卡槽;圆管2上铰接有一端伸入该圆管2内部另一端设有扳机10的卡销4,卡销4的一端通过卡销弹簧6连接圆管2,在卡销4附近安装有盖板11将卡销4遮盖住并露出扳机10。圆管2与圆杆3之间安装有弹簧8,圆管2的后端设有封板12,封板12设有套装圆杆3的开口,弹簧8套装在圆杆3的卡板5与圆管2的封板12之间。卡销弹簧6连接卡销4在圆管外部的一端。
使用本投喂器时,拉出圆杆3至卡销4在卡销弹簧6弹力的作用下卡进圆杆3内的卡槽,弹簧8处于压紧状态;将放置有营养丸的发射管1伸进反刍家畜的口中,按下卡销4一端的扳机10,卡销4的另一端离开圆杆3的卡槽,圆杆3在弹簧8恢复张力的作用下连带营养丸一同向圆管2前端弹射,营养丸快速经过反刍家畜的口腔及咽喉部较顺利地进入到食道和胃部,圆杆3的手柄9卡在圆管2的封板12处圆杆3停止运动,一次“投喂”工作完成。
图2所示的投喂器,它的弹簧及卡销弹簧与所述圆管和所述圆杆的连接方式为:弹簧8一端连接在圆管2的内壁上,弹簧8的另一端连接圆杆3,卡销弹簧6连接卡销4在圆管2内部的一端。这样,圆杆3的弹射力是通过连接在圆管2和圆杆3之间的弹簧8恢复的拉力实现的;卡销弹簧6对卡销4在圆管2内的一端的拉力,使卡销4自动卡入圆杆3的卡槽实现定位,其他部分与实施例一相。

1.一种投喂器,包括有套装在圆管内的圆杆,其特征在于:所述圆管的前端设有发射管,所述圆杆的前端穿进所述发射管,所述圆管的后端设有把手,在所述圆杆伸出所述圆管后端设置有大于所述圆管内径的手柄;所述圆杆设置有卡槽;所述圆管上铰接有一端伸入该圆管内部另一端设有扳机的卡销,所述卡销的一端通过卡销弹簧连接所述圆管;所述圆管与所述圆杆之间安装有弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的投喂器,其特征在于:所述圆管的后端设有封板,所述封板设有套装所述圆杆的开口,所述弹簧套装在所述圆杆的卡板与所述圆管的封板之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的投喂器,其特征在于:所述弹簧一端连接所述圆管另一端连接所述圆杆。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的投喂器,其特征在于:所述卡销弹簧连接所述卡销在所述圆管内部的一端。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的投喂器,其特征在于:所述卡销弹簧连接所述卡销在所述圆管外部的一端。
