Abstract

本发明公开了一种向家庭基站过晚切换原因的确定方法,所述方法包括:家庭基站与用户终端完成无线资源控制RRC重建链接后,确认所述用户终端在与另一基站的小区连接时发生了无线链路失败RLF事件;所述家庭基站生成RLF指示消息,并发送给所述另一基站;其中,所述RLF指示消息中包含所述用户终端当前接入的封闭用户组CSG小区信息;所述另一基站根据所述RLF指示消息确定所述用户终端向家庭基站过晚切换的原因。本发明还公开了一种向家庭基站过晚切换原因的确定系统。本发明能判断出发生RLF的具体原因,这样,更有利于完善网络侧的相关参数配置。
