Abstract
本发明实施例提供了一种策略控制方法、系统及策略控制器,该方法包括:策略控制器接收资源请求消息(101),并根据存储的资源配额阈值判断接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值是否大于资源配额阈值(102);如果所述全部授权资源数值大于所述资源配额阈值,则策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额,并根据接收到的资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阈值(103)。采用本发明实施例提供的方法、系统及策略控制器,解决了当家庭基站负载的变动或者UE的业务变化比较频繁情况下策略控制的信令负载过高的问题,保证了用户体验。
