背景技术
[0002] 现有的高压开关柜的结构一般以JYNl、KYNl、XGN2等产品为代表的型材焊接柜和以KYN18、KYN28等产品未代表的弯板组装柜两种形式。焊接柜主要以焊接技术作为零部件搭接的手段,将钢板类型材如角钢、槽钢等零部件焊接而成的柜体,焊接柜构造简单,搭接部位接触强度高,柜体刚度好。但同时具有加工手段粗糙、精度低、焊接变形大和生产周期长等缺陷;组装柜主要以零件组装作为零部件搭接的手段,将钢板或敷铝锌板支撑的钣金件用螺纹紧固件连接组成。组装柜加工手段先进,装配精度高,但同时具有柜体构造较为复杂,为提高零部件的强度零部件强度,多数零件在制作上采用多重折弯的工艺,制造成本高。由于采用多重折弯的加工工艺,原材料利用率不高,零部件重量大,装配强度大,无形中延长了制造周期。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明提出的是一种高压开关柜柜体,其目的旨在克服现有技术所存在的上述不足,具有组装工艺简单,强度高,制造周期短等优点。
[0004] 本发明的技术解决方案:其特征是由型材骨架构成整个开关柜的骨架,柜体顶板安装在型材骨架的顶面,母线室侧板共2块左右对称的安装在型材骨架的后上部的空档处,电缆室侧板共2块左右对称的安装在型材骨架的后下部的空档处,仪表箱侧板共2块左右对称的安装在型材骨架的前上部的空档处,仪表箱继电器板通过螺钉安装在左右仪表箱侧板之间,断路器室侧板共2块左右对称的安装在型材骨架的前下部的空档处,柜体底板安装在型材骨架的底面;T形螺钉穿过母线室侧板、电缆室侧板、仪表箱继电器板、仪表箱侧板、断路器室侧板的折边上开有的一长方形孔并嵌入型材上近似T形的凹槽内,T形螺钉旋转90°后用螺母锁住;所述的型材骨架由左框架、10个横梁、右框架组成,左框架、右框架结构完全对称,A横梁、B横梁、C横梁、D横梁位于四个边角处,该边角处有3个型材互相连接,左框架、右框架与A横梁、B横梁、C横梁、D横梁通过连接件、T形螺钉、角撑连接相互搭接,E横梁、F横梁位于型材骨架的底面和顶面的中部,并与左框架、右框架自身中部的立柱对齐而横梁位于型材骨架的后面中部位置,H横梁位于型材骨架的左框架、右框架的中部立柱的中部位置;1横梁位于型材骨架的前部上方位置,I横梁与左框架、右框架对齐J 横梁位于型材骨架的下方;在E横梁、F横梁、G横梁、H横梁、I横梁、J横梁的两端有螺纹圆孔,左框架、右框架与该螺纹圆孔对应安装的位置处加工一圆过孔,螺钉穿过该圆过孔和各横梁上的螺纹圆孔直接螺纹相接;所述的型材结构呈正方形,近似T形的凹槽对称设置在每个正方形截面边的中心位置,在型材正方形截面四边的拐角处设置B圆孔,在正方形截面四边的中心位置设置带螺
纹的A圆孔。[0005] 本发明的优点:由于采用型材作为柜体的骨架,型材横截面整体呈薄壁形,避免了现有型材圆形或矩形内腔同一壁厚对材料的浪费;T形的凹槽设计不仅便于实现便捷的装配,且具有棱角分明、线条流畅等特点;经特殊设计横截面的型材具有节省原材料、抗弯强度高等特点。另外由于型材之间搭接,以及与其他零件之间的搭接简单,提高了生产效率, 减少了生产周期;其它钣金零件仅起到分隔的作用,强度要求低,仅需简单折弯处理即可, 降低了制造费用。
