Abstract

一种太阳能光伏光热复合组件,包括光伏组件、光伏组件背面设置的集热管和隔热保温盖板,隔热保温盖板将集热管夹在光伏组件与隔热保温盖板之间,在光伏组件与集热管之间设置有蒸煮袋,集热管设在蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间,接线板与光伏组件电连接,接线板嵌在隔热保温盖板上,隔热保温盖板与光伏组件固联,在隔热保温盖板外框上设置有与集热管连通的上水口和出水口。通过集热管对光的吸收,把透过光伏组件没有被转化成电能的光能吸收,从而把热能传向集热管,进而把它便成生活用热能,同时它还能吸收太阳能电池发电所产生的热能。本发明的集热管采用镶嵌方式设置在光伏组件背光面,可避免焊接时温度过高而损坏光伏组件。

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能领域,具体地说是涉及一种太阳能光伏光热组件。
背景技术
太阳能的开发利用潜力十分巨大,太阳能热水利用转化率约为60%-85%,,太阳能光伏的转换效率6-18%,能将光伏和光热有机的结合起来,实现功能的扩充,发挥光热系统高效率和成本优势,克服光伏组件的低效率高成本劣势,使之性价比最高。太阳能光伏发电和太阳能热水器属于一次性投资,目前光伏发电和太阳能热水技术已经非常成熟,但是太阳能热水系统和发电系统在城市建筑中的安装利用率还不高。虽然太阳能热水系统的购买时比电、燃气热水器等费用较高,并且日前光伏发电的成本电价比实际使用的电价要高,但在使用过程中不再投资,而且在使用中生产电能,安全可靠,操作简单方便。综合计算,太阳能光伏发电和太阳能热水器投资综合效益比较高,对节能减排的意义广大。
太阳能光伏光热综合利用的复合组件目前也有研究,大多是将集热管用超声波焊到集热板上,集热板与太阳能光伏组件相贴合,或者将集热管固定连接在太阳能光伏组件的背光面,再在集热管下面安装隔热保温板构成。集热管是固定设置在光伏组件背面,与光伏组件和隔热保温板是硬接触。由于太阳能光伏光热组件一般都在户外使用,而且在运输和安装过程中集热管或集热板与光伏组件及集热管与隔热保温盖板之间是硬接触,电池片易被碰碎,而且光伏组件被光面不是完全平整的,与集热板的接触不好,影响传热效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服上述不足提供一种太阳能光伏光热复合组件。
本发明的目的可通过以下措施来实现:
一种太阳能光伏光热复合组件,包括光伏组件、光伏组件背面设置的集热管和隔热保温盖板,隔热保温盖板将集热管夹在光伏组件与隔热保温盖板之间,在光伏组件与集热管之间设置有蒸煮袋,集热管设在蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间,接线板与光伏组件电连接,接线板嵌在隔热保温盖板上,隔热保温盖板与光伏组件固联,在隔热保温盖板外框上设置有与集热管连通的上水口和出水口。
上述阳能光伏光热复合组件,所述光伏组件设置在框架内,光伏组件由上至下依次由玻璃板、上EV膜、电池片、下EV膜和绝缘膜热合而成,蒸煮袋夹在绝缘膜与隔热保温盖板之间,蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间的距离小于集热管的直径,隔热保温盖板与光伏组件的框架固联。
上述太阳能光伏光热复合组件,集热管是排列在蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间的蛇形管,上水口和出水口分别与与蛇形管的两端连通。
上述太阳能光伏光热复合组件,集热管由相互连通的横管和竖管构成。
采用上述技术方案,本发明有以下优点:采用在太阳能光伏组件背光面设置蒸煮袋和集热管的结构,由于绝缘膜不是完全平整的,蒸煮袋又是软柔的,这样蒸煮袋能够与绝缘膜很好接触,即接触面积大。集热管卡在蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间,相当于将集热管镶嵌在蒸煮袋上,不论复合组件如何动,都不会影响到集热管的牢固性,也不会影响到蒸煮袋与绝缘膜的接触面积,大幅提高了光伏板的热传递,提高了热利用率。通过集热管对光的吸收,把透过光伏组件没有被转化成电能的光能吸收,从而把热能传向集热管,进而把它便成生活用热能,同时它还能吸收太阳能电池发电所产生的热能。本发明的集热管采用镶嵌方式设置在光伏组件背光面,可避免焊接时温度过高而损坏光伏组件。大幅提高了集热管及光伏组件的使用寿命。采用本发明在进行光电转换的同时,还能把消耗的热能收集起来转换成人们生活所需热能。且本发明结构简单、紧凑,制造方便,有很好的实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示的一种太阳能光伏光热复合组件,包括光伏组件、光伏组件背面设置的集热管和隔热保温盖板,隔热保温盖板将集热管夹在光伏组件与隔热保温盖板之间,在光伏组件与集热管之间设置有蒸煮袋,集热管设在蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间,接线板与光伏组件电连接,接线板嵌在隔热保温盖板上,隔热保温盖板与光伏组件固联,在隔热保温盖板外框上设置有与集热管连通的上水口11和出水口12。所述光伏组件设置在框架6内,光伏组件由上至下依次由玻璃板1、上EV膜2、电池片3、下EV膜4和绝缘膜5热合而成,蒸煮袋7夹在绝缘膜5与隔热保温盖板9之间,蒸煮袋7与隔热保温盖板9之间的距离小于集热管8的直径,隔热保温盖板9与光伏组件的框架6固联。
如图2所示,集热管8是排列在蒸煮袋7与隔热保温盖板9之间的蛇形管,上水口11和出水口12分别与与蛇形管的两端连通。
如图3所示,集热管8由相互连通的横管和竖管构成,上水口11和出水口12分别与集热管的上端和下端连通,安装过程中,上水口设在底部,出水口设在顶部,在同一容器内,热水总是在上部,这样使用时出水口出来的总是热水。
本发明在安装过程中,将上水口设在底部,出水口设在顶部,出水口与热水管连接,方便使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种太阳能光伏光热复合组件,包括光伏组件、光伏组件背面设置的集热管和隔热保温盖板,隔热保温盖板将集热管夹在光伏组件与隔热保温盖板之间,其特征在于:在光伏组件与集热管之间设置有蒸煮袋,集热管设在蒸煮袋与隔热保温盖板之间,接线板与光伏组件电连接,接线板嵌在隔热保温盖板上,隔热保温盖板与光伏组件固联,在隔热保温盖板外框上设置有与集热管连通的上水口(11)和出水口(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述太阳能光伏光热复合组件,其特征在于:所述光伏组件设置在框架(6)内,光伏组件由上至下依次由玻璃板(1)、上EV膜(2)、电池片(3)、下EV膜(4)和绝缘膜(5)热合而成,蒸煮袋(7)夹在绝缘膜(5)与集热管(8)之间,集热管(8)后面装有隔热保温盖板(9),蒸煮袋(7)与隔热保温盖板(9)之间的距离小于集热管(8)的直径,隔热保温盖板(9)与光伏组件的框架(6)固联。
3.根据权利要求2所述太阳能光伏光热复合组件,其特征在于:集热管(8)是排列在蒸煮袋(7)与隔热保温盖板(9)之间的蛇形管,上水口(11)和出水口(12)分别与与蛇形管的两端连通。
4.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能光伏光热复合组件,其特征在于:集热管(8)由相互连通的横管和竖管构成。
