Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨科医疗器械，尤其公开了一种用于髋关节外科翻修手术的通用股骨柄取出器。该通用股骨柄取出器，包括：主体，滑动设置在主体上的手柄，在主体的一端设置有万向接头，主体通过万向接头与固定杆相连接，固定杆通过螺钉与调节杆相连接，调节杆的一端与螺纹杆相连接，螺纹杆上设置有套管，套管的一端设置有手柄杆。其特殊之处在于所述的固定杆的一端还设置有棘轮。所述的调节杆成棘爪状。本发明由于特殊的棘轮、棘爪设计，可直接取出假体。整个操作过程痛苦小时间短，准确可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于髋关节外科翻修手术的通用股骨柄取出器。
背景技术
人工全髋关节置换治疗股骨头缺血坏死在我国已有30余年的历史。近年来，国家经济慢速增长、国外产品的大量涌入以及我国人民卫生保健网络和医疗保险事业蓬勃发展，人工全髋关节置换在国内迅速普及。但发展中能够有挫折和教训，有些甚至是沉重的。随着对人工髋关节置换术的不断实践和深入研究，其认识的深度和广度日见扩大。有些病种、病例的疗效得到了肯定，有些分歧还需假以时日深入探讨，如中青年股骨颈骨折和股骨头缺血坏死、早中期、年轻的类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎髋关节尚未僵直者等的手术适应症问题。此外，假体的选择、固定方式，全髋关节置换后疼痛髋问题，国产假体的金属配比、设计和加工工艺，翻修的适时性， 翻修的工具适用性，翻修步骤，以及严重骨吸收翻修等方面，都尚未取得共识，从而影响我国关节成形工作的健康发展，使骨科医师过早过快地面临人工关节特别是人工髋关节的翻修课题。换言之，对基本的人工髋关节置换尚未普遍良好掌握之际，广泛施行的人工关节置换的手术疗效，对我们不得不应对翻修和困难翻修的挑战。
在翻修术之前和实施过程中，临床医师迫切需要切合国情的系统指导资料，特别是是在股骨柄取出方面的工具，由于早期假体设计、安装、厂别等各种原因，造成在股骨柄的翻修取出过程中发生了诸多问题，如取出过程中发生股骨骨折，给病人造成二次伤害，假体无法取出增加手术时间与感染机会，同时也加重病人负担。通用股骨柄取出器的发明正是基于作者们为了解决上述的问题在翻修实践中获得的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种使用更加方便并能保证收到更好的手术效果的通用股骨柄取出器，以便尽量减少医源性损伤，缩短手术时间，减轻病人所要承受的痛苦，使手术快捷、安全地完成。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：通用股骨柄取出器，包括：主体，滑动设置在主体上的手柄，在主体的一端设置有万向接头，主体通过万向接头与固定杆相连接，固定杆通过螺钉与调节杆相连接，调节杆的一端与螺纹杆相连接，螺纹杆上设置有套管，套管的一端设置有手柄杆。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题，本发明进一步的技术方案为：所述的固定杆的一端还设置有棘轮。

本发明的优点是：结构设计合理实用，构思巧妙新颖，由于特殊的棘轮、棘爪设计，可直接取出假体，整个操作过程痛苦小时间短，准确可靠。本发明的通用股骨柄取出器设计成一种既能调整、又能多角度操作，主体、调节杆、固定杆之间相互联系，又可相互独立进行灵活调整，及大地方便了操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述一下本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1所示，通用股骨柄取出器，包括：主体1，滑动设置在主体1上的手柄2，在主体1的一端设置有万向接头3，主体1通过万向接头3与固定杆5相连接，固定杆5通过螺钉10与调节杆4相连接，调节杆4的一端与螺纹杆8相连接，螺纹杆8上设置有套管7，套管7的一端设置有手柄杆9，固定杆5的一端还设置有棘轮6，调节杆4成棘爪状。
上述结构的通用股骨柄取出器在使用时，通过棘轮6与调节杆4将假体咬住，使用螺纹杆8对棘轮6与调节杆4的咬合度进行调整，然后拉动手柄2将假体拔出即可完成。

1.通用股骨柄取出器，包括：主体（1），滑动设置在主体（1）上的手柄（2），在主体（1）的一端设置有万向接头（3），主体（1）通过万向接头（3）与固定杆（5）相连接，固定杆（5）通过螺钉（10）与调节杆（4）相连接，调节杆（4）的一端与螺纹杆（8）相连接，螺纹杆（8）上设置有套管（7），套管（7）的一端设置有手柄杆（9）；固定杆（5）上设置有一孔且螺纹杆（8）通过该孔；通过棘轮（6）与调节杆（4）实现对股骨柄的初步咬合，通过套管（7）与螺纹杆（8）的配合实现对棘轮（6）与调节杆（4）咬合度的进一步调整。
